    This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is great for families or groups of up to five people. The living area features a flat-screen TV and huge windows with mountain views; there’s also a sunny patio area just outside. Imagine watching the gondola drift by your window as you enjoy a glass of wine in front of the roaring stone fireplace! The kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and accessories you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks and cozy mountain meals. The dining table seats four.

    You’ll also enjoy full access to the pool, hot tubs, spa and bowling alley at the adjacent One Ski Hill Place Resort. Other amenities include easy bus or gondola access to town, complimentary Wi-Fi, and garage parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. The host was responsive to questions and friendly. The condo was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, exercise/ steam room, and the close proximity to the lifts, restaurant and gondola to peak 8. The ski slopes were only steps away. Overall, great anniversary trip!

Very conveniently located at the base of Peak 7, makes ski in and out a breeze. Also next to the gondola which connects you to town but unfortunately it closes at 5pm. However the shuttle service is free and outstanding, you need to download the app. Service desk people were very helpful and wanted to make sure you didn’t need anything. Our room was clean, modern, bed was a bit lumpy but overall a nice experience

Magnificent ski in/out location

This cozy little unit is literally steps away from the chair lift at Peak 7 - you cannot beat it. It's got great proximity to restaurants and the gondola to take you into town! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge and will come back soon.

Perfect Getaway

The property is as advertised. It is right next to the mountains with gondola access. We are not skiers but it was perfect proximity to town and hiking. Great views! Great amenities.

Great Property/Great Location

Had a great stay in this property at the base of Peak 7 at Breckenridge. Condo is in fantastic location for ski in/ski out accomodations. Just walk out of the ski lockerroom and you are at the base of the Independence Superchair lift. Condo itself is in great shape with upscale feel and amenities. Highly recommend it.

Outstanding week in Breck

The codo was very nice and more than served our needs for the week we were there. Had the hot tub to ourselves during our stay and hated to leave when it was time. If you are looking for a place at the base of the mountain you could not choose a better place to stay. Town shuttle stops by every 30 minutes and made it super easy to get down when the goldola was not running or back up with groceries.

Ski trip made easy

Easy to just grab skis and boards from the locker room and get on the lift! Easy to come back to unit for a snack or the bathroom. Easy to take the kids to the gondola for their peak 8 lessons. So easy to make dinner at night and coffee in the AM. So easy to wash and dry the wet gear, drink a beer, and do it all again the next day!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had everything we needed for a great week of skiing. Bed was comfortable and everything was as advertised.We did have some trouble getting the TV’s to work, but maintenance fixed quickly. The only disappointing thing was that the hot tubs closed for maintenance the second day we were there...but that wasn’t the hugest deal. We were able to use the facilities at one ski hill.
