This was a wonderful place to stay! Very well located, easy to walk down to Breckenridge Main Street. It was very spacious and had a very comfortable living room. I will say, two of the beds are up in the loft, which was fine for me. But, I would recommend the people staying up there be on the younger side, because the ladder is straight up and down. The property manager was very responsive and quick at answering any questions! I didn't stay in the winter, but I can see how it would be right off of a ski Trail. Would definitely stay again!
All you need for a cozy stay in Breck. Kitchen is well equipped, games for the family. Nice large hangout space and plenty of beds. Best part is a short walk to the lift and ski in straight to condo after a day on the slopes.
Alwasy great to be in town at Breck. The easy access to the lift and main street, makes it great for a group that has different things in mind each day to do.
We all loved this super clean and comfy condo. Super close to all the action, and if you sit on the balcony, you can hear a stream in the summer. Will return!!!
This place had everything we needed. It was central and convenient to walk to downtown in about 5 minutes. The third floor could be a challenge for anyone with health restrictions hauling up heavy loads. We spent time in the hot tub just about every night and it was fabulous. The building and property is well maintained. 4 oclock ski trail is right behind the building and would be great in ski season. We would definitely stay here again.
Property location was what we were looking for. Photos looked better than reality, the unit did not meet our online expectations. However we still enjoyed our stay, you need a whisk and better frying pans, teflon isnt working anymore. Thanks for letting us stay.
We enjoyed our time at Breckenridge and the condo was overall good. The unit was clean upon arrival, albeit a little smaller and more run down than the pictures show (not surprising but not a big deal for us). The kitchen is fully functional which is important to us when we travel but there are no pot holders which was a surprising inconvenience. We had a couple of issues while there (a broken bed, a leaking sink) and the property management company was responsive and resolved quickly. The hike to the ski lift is something to consider, especially since the unit is on the third floor with no first floor ski storage (and no elevator). You can ski right into the unit but it is not a true ski-out. It’s not a long walk but at altitude with ski gear, it’s not insignificant.Distance to town is great and the walk is manageable (without ski gear). The washer and dryer are shared and there is only one for the whole building. That is important to know when coming for a week of skiing, especially if you want to spend all the daylight hours on the mountain as we do.Our biggest complaint is that the property management company does a very poor job of snow removal in the parking area. This created a problem for us and for others because it snowed the entire week. We did have a rental car that was insufficient (our fault) but even better equipped vehicles were struggling.
Two families with adult kids, including several very tall men, seven total. Spent four days skiing and hanging in the condo, cooked meals in kitchen. Place was as advertised. Bedrooms - bunk room with pull out mattress that was a bit uncomfortable, other beds were fine.Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils but also complete basic food items - coffee, sugar, syrup, filters, etc. Very nice.Location: skin in/out: 490 feet slightly uphill walk on 4 O'Clock Rd to Snowflake lift, 4 O'clock trail passes 10 feet from condo. Super convenient. We were very happy. BUT - a few things you should know:1. parking very limited on weekends - we had to park elsewhere Sat/Sun, but it cleared out by Monday. Seems like owners spent weekend, but left during week. Parking spots very small, our big truck had trouble fitting.2. Third floor, no elevator. Pain to carry lots of gear and food up, but we managed. May be trouble for older people, young families, or those with physical ailments.3. Loft with 2 of the advertised beds is accessed by a 9-10 foot vertical ladder - dangerous getting out of bed at night to go to BR, etc. OK for youth and agile adults, but not ideal if you plan to get in/out of bed frequently.4. No clear ski lockers - the ones on the floor were padlocked and seemed to be for owners. We kept ours in the car to avoid carrying up and down daily.Overall a great place as advertised. We will probably seek a fiirst floor or elevator-accessed condo
