the home itself was exceptional. excellent layout, high-end finishings, great technology throughout and plenty of supplies for cooking - all in an incredible location that made it easy to get to skiing or to town on the gondola.
Our group absolutely loved this stay! It was perfect for our group of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids). Gondola access is amazing and makes it so easy to go up to Epic Discovery or down to Main Street for food and parks. The house was clean and spacious. The host helped us with a few things during our stay and it was easy to communicate with them. We would definitely stay again.
Our family thought this condo was absolutely amazing! We loved the decor and the location of the condo. We will definitely be coming back in the future.
Quick trip to the mountains for the end of summer.
This house is stunning! The decor is modern mountain and also comfortable. I would bring more kitchen supplies if you planned on cooking. We will definitely return.

The rental was everything as advertised and more. You can't be the location with unbeatable convenience and privacy at the same. we will definitely be back next season.
Property is beautiful, all the amenities you can think of. Only issues were that the TV system/Smart home was too complicated (even for tech people). They should leave detailed instructions .Management was very responsive. We had a great time.and the house is perfect, everything you need.

Our family of seven absolutely loved our Thanksgiving stay at Falcon Haus. The location could not have been better. It’s an easy ride up the gondola for skiers and down the gondola for non skiers. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and gather. The high end features such as electric blinds, Wolf appliances, and surround sound throughout the house were all appreciated. I highly recommend a stay here.

The place is beautiful and the location is amazing for skiing. We had two families staying with us (in-laws) for a total of 6 people, but the place could fit several more. We had a few minor issues with one of the hot tubs not working and the heat in the master bedroom. Management was responsive and did their best to fix asap. (It was holiday time)A few suggestions for the owners:The house has a lot of technology to take advantage of, but there are not instructions/explanation for much of it. We would have loved to use some of it but couldn’t figure it out.We would stay again.

Nice Property
Overall the property was nice, clean and new. The check in process was clunky very last minute access provided, for peace of mind it would’ve been nice to know how to get into the rental 24hrs prior. We had no working network for internet in the house so jet packs were provided but they were spotty at best. For a lux property they need to work on providing more amenities. Not enough shampoo, conditioner etc. Toilet paper is industrial and feels like sandpaper. You can tell this property is hosted by a management company not a personal host who owns the property. I’d look to stay elsewhere next time.
The location of the house and the amenities were second to none. Just a caution over dealing with Pinnacle lodging- they do not maintain the amenities well nor do they keep up on snow removal. House advertised 2 hot tubs, one was inoperable for our entire stay and they continued to promise someone had been called. The other hot tub's cover was in disrepair, clearly for awhile. The patio and steps around the house were ice covered and had not been cleared for several snows, we could see neighboring properties under different management were cleared. Again the house was fantastic but property manager was unwilling/unable to address concerns when we brought them up so look for another property in that neighborhood not managed by Pinnacle.

The townhome is very nice with a great location for easy access to the mid-mountain gondola loading area. The townhome has so many great amenities resulting in a stay that is truly spectacular.
Great location, beautiful home, no problem gaining access to property and it’s well stocked.
Communication with property maintenance was prompt and accommodating with a few minor issues. We recommend this property and look forward to a possible return trip.
