This property is ski-in via the SkiWay and walk-out/ski-out via the gondola. The property offers a comfortable living area with flat screen TV, gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper and a fully equipped kitchen with seating at the dining table for 6. Beautifully remodeled condos with incredible views of Peak 8. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a long stay in one of Colorado's most premier ski-towns, Breckenridge. Nice renovation includes new floors, paint, ceilings, updates in bathrooms, new furniture, all new bedding. The shared hot tub and pool in the complex available for guest use (pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, hot tub is year-round) (Subject to availability). Covered parking for 1 vehicle, building elevator, and shared laundry facility (located on the building 2nd floor).The unit has a queen master bedroom with ensuite bath. There is a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. This bedroom is located across the hall from the shared bathroom.

West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Great place to stay! Location is amazing and the unit was roomie! Only downfall was parking. Only one parking permit is allowed so if you’re taking more than one vehicle you’re going to have to find somewhere else to park it. Overall great place to stay 10/10 would recommend
Location made getting to the slopes and the peaks very easy and convenient. Walk to Main Street!!

Great for families & amazing location!
We stayed here recently over a holiday weekend. Location was fantastic! 2 blocks to town and easy access to the gondola or shuttles to any peak. Was able to ski back within a block of the condo. Plenty of room for our family of four. Overall, great experience!
