Enjoy morning coffee and peak-a-boo views off the covered porch towards the ski slopes. Note: There is a spiral staircase leading to the loft, and 3 flights of stairs to the unit itself. 1 car per unit is allowed in an unassigned, paved and uncovered parking lot. Other unit amenities include onsite laundry facility.

This home has a queen master suite with a TV. The second bedroom features a twin bunk bed. There is additional accommodations for 2 in the loft with a double futon.

West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
