This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath plus loft unit on the top floor (the condo is on the 3rd floor - there is no elevator access) has been completely remodeled! This included the kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, flooring, doors and trim, not to mention all of the beautiful furnishings! The unit is also perfectly located within walking distance of Main Street and skiing. Lots of space for families to enjoy relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Located in historic Breckenridge just a 2 block walk to Main Street, where you can enjoy all the shopping and restaurants the town has to offer. If you prefer to stay in for meals, the kitchen is well appointed with new cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, with numerous small appliances as well. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away to stock up on food and drinks.
It is a 10 minute walk (about 4 blocks) to the Quicksilver Super Chair lift to access world class skiing and snowboarding at Breckenridge Ski Resort (Peaks 9 and 10). There is also a free shuttle bus that picks up in front of the condo and will drop you off at the base of the Gondola for access to Peaks 7 and 8.
Sleeping areas include two primary bedroom suites with king beds and a bunk room with a twin over queen aspen log bunk bed plus a rollout trundle. There is also a queen-size pullout sleeper sofa in the loft area. Each primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom. There is also an additional main floor bathroom.
The living room has a 65" Samsung QLED TV and a large leather sectional sofa with seating for everyone to watch a movie while enjoying the gas fireplace. The loft has a 40" 4K UHD TV and Wii gaming system. There are also HD TVs in each of the bedrooms.
The condo is located right next to Carter Park with a sledding hill in the winter and sand volleyball, tennis and ball fields in the summer. There is also a trailhead located at the park that is great for hiking, snow shoeing or mountain biking.
The common area has an atrium with cozy seating areas. Common areas also include a large hot tub, Weber gas grills, gas fire pit, fireplace and outdoor patio with seating areas. Parking for one vehicle is available onsite (either in the underground heated parking garage or the surface lot). There is pay overnight parking ($20 weeknights, $35 Friday to Sunday per 24 hour period) available for additional vehicles three blocks away at the Ice Rink. Ski-locker storage is available in the parking garage.
The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so it is not wheelchair accessible nor recommended for individuals with mobility limitations. Minimum age for rental is 25 years and proof of age is required. No smoking and no pets allowed. There is an exterior camera outside the front door for security purposes and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld.

We were in town for a family wedding, the property was in a perfect spot to get to the wedding quick and easy and even more importantly was just 2 blocks walk from all the fun and food on main street.
The property was beautiful and perfect for our family. There were extras in the kitchen such as condiments and spices which was so nice. There was a small issue with suggested alternative parking but the owners were prompt with a response and workaround.
We loved the condo. The location is perfect....short walk to skiing, but your just across Main Street in a residential neighborhood by Carter Park. Easy walk to great restaurants.
The location of the property is perfect. The free shuttle was easy to navigate. Plenty of nearby food options.Right beside the park for sledding. The house was clean well stocked and exactly as advertised. The host is exceptionally responsive and provides lots of information regarding the property and other helpful information. I would definitely recommend!

Our family of 5 spent four nights in this wonderful condo. Plenty of space for all and the proximity to Main Street and the ski resort was key. We were able to walk into town for dinner and walk to the slopes. We also skied at Copper Mountain and A-Basin which were just a short drive away. The condo was very comfortable with it’s fireplace, stocked kitchen, and large living area. Would definite stay here again!
Our family had a fantastic stay at the condo. We came with our kids, ages 10, 14, and 18. The location is perfect—a close walk to Main Street and the shuttle. It is a quiet neighborhood with great views of the nearby park. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kids loved the loft area, and the Wii was a huge hit. We will stay here again!
Condo was beautiful, worked great for our group of 8! Within walking distance to Main Street attractions was perfect! Loved having Carter park right outside, we enjoyed the sled hill. I would definitely recommend this unit. Management was very helpful with any questions I had.

Definitely recommend this place! We had a party of 10. It was snug but comfortable. The place was clean. Walkable to town. Kitchen was well stocked. And, of course, the mountain was beautiful. Thanks for a memorable trip!
The location was ideal for walking neighborhoods or trails and into the downtown area. Grocery store, playground and fields and courts nearby. Might be helpful to know that the bunk room and one other bedroom are located off kitchen/living area and the other suite is upstairs. There was some construction going on behind the building in the park that got noisy on weekdays. We could not get the Wii to connect. And we learned the hot tub was broken when we tried to get in. Property host was quick to respond but building management didn’t have it fixed while we were there.
This condo worked great for our travel group. It was supposed to be four of us, but one person was unable to come. We had 3 adults and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable unit - everything you needed was there and there were spices too! (We went out so never used the kitchen, but it was well stocked from what we could tell) Main Street was a quick walk, no need to have to drive unless we were venturing further afield. I would stay there again.
Condo was perfect for our group. Kitchen was the best stocked for a rental we have ever used. Owner was detailed with check in, overview of info and accessible with communication. Wonderfully close to town and shuttle stops, sledding hill was a hit with our adult group. Biggest “challenge” was sheets could have been nicer and shower in downstairs king was small so truly it was nothing!!! Do be mindful of your on the third floor at altitude and no elevator, that is actually challenging but we would rent again with no hesitation.
This was our first stay in Breckenridge and it was PERFECT! The condo itself is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Location....can't be beat! Walking distance to Main Street made exploring very easy. There is also the bus stop directly in front of the condo if wanting an easy lift to Breckenridge Station (gondola and lift access). Michele was very communicative, including providing us with updated bus route maps during our stay.
The park next door for free sledding......perfect late afternoon fun for the kiddos (and adults!).

We really enjoyed our stay in Breck! This condo was very clean, nicely decorated and exactly as listed. All furniture was comfy! The owners also have "extras" around that made the stay more comfortable (fans, blankets, coffee, sugar, etc). It was about a 5 min walk to Main St. Check in was smooth and communication with Michelle was terrific!There are a couple things that I didn't notice until after I had booked which I will point out for others. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Be prepared to haul your luggage up 3 flights! And then whoever stays upstairs also has to pull the luggage up a spiral staircase. And lastly, as is common with most places in Breck, there is no AC. We went during the middle of September when it was still pretty warm, so we really appreciated the fans that the owners had in the closets. We definitely recommend this condo if you are able to climb stairs!
The ease of this property and detailed communication was flawless! We were in town for a family wedding. The condo was outstanding and provided a relaxing retreat between wedding events. The location was just perfect for our needs! The property was clean and very well appointed. Carter Park can be viewed from the great room. Fun to watch the sand volleyball games, dog park etc.
We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed to have everything you may need. As an added bonus, Oktoberfest was in full swing and just a short walk to all the action! Thank you Michele and Bruce for your kind hospitality:)
