This property is an exclusive part of The Pinnacle Collection. Primary guest must be a minimum of 30 years old. A copy of your ID and guest list is required for confirmation.
LOCATION – Only 150 steps from the Gondola Mid-Station, you have access in minutes to the slopes as well as Main St. Breckenridge. If it is Nordic skiing or hiking you desire, endless trails are right outside your front door.
AMENITIES – With a primary master king fireplace suite, two secondary master king bedrooms each with their own private bath, a bunk bedroom and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, your group will find space, comfort and privacy after a fun-filled day. The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen features stainless, top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops and an eat-in counter. The incredible views from the deck and living room area will beg you to spend time relaxing on the patio chairs or grilling up steaks on the gas grill. The house was BEAUTIFUL and the kitchen was well stocked. The location to the gondola was amazing, just a short walk and you could get on. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to stay there again in the future.
We stayed here for a long weekend of spring skiing. The location was perfect! The property had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable! Def will be a repeat rental for us!
Our stay in Breckenridge was amazing for our 3 families in this home. The location next to the BreckConnect Gondola was perfect for quick rides up the mountain. The house was spotless on arrival and the team which manages the property was very responsive to our needs and questions during our stay.We loved the hot tub, outdoor gas firepit, bunkroom, kitchen, and all of the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. This house was the nicest rental we've stayed in, and everyone really enjoyed the beautify mountain views and weather while in the area!
This property was a dream for our ski vacation. The gondola is at the end of the driveway for incredible access. The house was immaculate with comfortable beds and accommodations. Our party of 10 had plenty of room here.
Very nice home right next to the gondola stop. The house was well equipped with amenities and the beds were very comfortable. We did not use the bunk room, but it looked cozy and fun if kids are on the guest list (our crew was four adults).
Everything listed about this property is accurate. The house is about as close to the gondola as you can get. So close in fact that we returned for lunch midday while skiing. Would love to come back.
So happy with our stay at this property for our anual bday/family trip to Breck! The location with the ski lift steps away was key & convenient. The communication with the Host was always a pleasure and very atentive to our questions/needs. Cannot say enough about the cleaniness & how well equpied this house was. From all the kitchen needs readily available to the beautiful bedrooms, games & books for adults & kids! We will definetly be staying here again! Thank you from the Lugo Family!
The house is in a great location for both summer and winter activities right next to the gondola. Garage access is a bonus in the winter and the house was very comfortable for the 8 of us and would likely be for 10 as well. There is ample seating, dishes, cooking pans and utensils. TV in multiple rooms and an older Xbox and PlayStation in the lower level sitting area.
The property management was fairly responsive and fixed a toilet issue the same day. However, they did not fix the dishwasher during our 6 day/5 night stay. Overall, I would say it was a positive experience and would give the property manager another chance.
We brought the whole family, including our four-year-old and five-year-old grandchildren for a spring ski vacation in Breckenridge.
I spent a lot of time and did a lot of research locating what I thought would be the best accommodations for us. I’m pretty sure I found it.
This Shock Hill duplex is amazing. Just steps from the gondola that takes you down to town or up to the mountain In one stop, means you can leave your cars in the garage.
My wife and I stayed in the comfortable master bedroom suite, with a gas fireplace, large walk-in closet and a luxurious steam shower and tub.
To other nice and en-suite Bedrooms were perfect for our grown children and their significant others. The grandkids loved the bunk room and even having their own bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, and everything else you need to cook big meals for the family. We made all our meals at home.
Have view from the living room and dining room of the mountains Are far better than the photos in the listing show. The dining area is big and comfortable and worked perfectly for our family of eight, as did the living room with fireplace and large screen TV for movie night.
We really enjoyed the hot tub and deck as we had great spring weather.
The property manager was helpful and attentive to our needs.
I can recommend this place highly for anyone with a family looking for mountainside accommodations at Breck.

This townhome was impeccable! From the stocked kitchen to the wonderful bathrooms, it was great! I almost preferred to stay in rather than walk the 150 steps to the mid station gondola and go ski...but we didn’t. The location was perfect for us! We liked the proximity to the gondola while having privacy.

We had multigenerational family staying together. This place was great for everyone. Plenty of space. Very comfortable. Fully stocked with all kinds of dishes, appliances and other things needed for cooking all the meals. The proximity to the gondola was probably the best part. Better than most ski in/out places we've stayed. Skiers and non skiers had easy access to lodges, slopes, and town. Property management staff was very responsive before, during and after stay. Will definitely stay again.
