Things to Know Please note that there is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) This will be our go-to stay in Breckenridge
Great location, underground parking, walk to everything, spacious, updated, and quiet. Love the walk-in shower and fully equipped modern kitchen. We will be back.
Great location if you want to be close to town and close to Peak 9. Condo complex is run more like a hotel, so you have a front desk to interface with, which can be an advantage vs a normal private vrbo.

Best unit ever
We loved this unit and will be back! Super clean, prefect space for a family needing two bedrooms/baths! We went with our kids and in-laws, perfect unit!
Hot tubs were PERFECT! And being right off downtown in Breck, amazing. Loved everything!
This unit was very clean, well equipped and as we’ve stayed in the building in the past it is in a great location. We wished we could have checked in an hour or two early since nobody stayed prior to us but other than that property management was informative and communicated well. We would stay again. Thx!
The only reason I can't give 5 stars was our night was interrupted by a low battery 'beep' of the CO2 alarm. Maintenance was great and took care of it right away, but this is something that should not have to interrupt a stay. Put replacing the 9 volt batteries of alarms on a schedule so that the guest does not get woken up...Other than that, it is a beautiful property.

Another beautiful condo at Water House
We stay at Water House often and rank this unit high on the list. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need except a decent frying pan (why do all of the units lack this basic essential?). The living room furniture is beautiful but stiff and somewhat uncomfortable. We were there in August so the aspens in front of the building were all leafed out which gave the unit a cozy feeling of being in the woods. Being on the south side of the building facing the back road, there was almost no people noise but lots of road noise since the unit is about a block from the main road coming into Breckenridge. Loved that this unit was fully stocked with DVD's (mostly for kids), a few books, games and puzzles. Definitely recommend this unit!
This property is close to everything and very clean- loved the hot tub and large kitchen.

Very nice accommodations
Very nice accommodations and check-in process. People at front desk were friendly but not very helpful to open a hot tub that was locked and ready to be used.
