This residence is a Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rental. You may “BOOK NOW" ONLY if you are booking a Saturday-to-Saturday stay. Otherwise, if you are looking to book less than the full Saturday-to-Saturday week, please submit an INQUIRY letting me know which dates you wish to book. Depending on the week, I may be able to accommodate a shorter stay at a slightly higher nightly rate, as long as the stay is within a Saturday-to-Saturday ownership week. I respond to most inquiries within 2 hours.

Please be sure to review the rental agreement, as well as the house rules, prior to booking.

Hyatt Main Street Station, a Hyatt Residence Club property, is centrally located on Historic Main Street in the heart of Breckenridge Village, 300 yards from the base of the Quicksilver lift and a short walk from dozens of restaurants and shops, providing a great location, luxurious rooms and unparalleled service. Guests also enjoy privileges at the Pioneer Club for a host of hillside amenities.

This studio unit has a king-size bed, pull-down Murphy bed, gas fireplace, full bath with walk-in shower and whirlpool tub, and a galley kitchen with 2-burner stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Complimentary access to common area washer & dryer.

Resort amenities include heated pool, fitness center, multiple hot tubs, underground self-parking, ski valet in winter, and bike/golf valet in summer. There are several retail spaces on the property including a restaurant, bar, spa, ski/bike rental shop, and several merchandise stores.

Guest understands that due to social distancing guidelines and protocols, certain services and amenities may be either limited or not available.

During winter, in addition to the world-class skiing that Breckenridge offers, enjoy skating on the pond, ice fishing, fly fishing, sleigh-riding, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing, just to name a few of the many options. During summer, enjoy golfing at the 27-hole Jack Nicholas designed public golf course, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, and fly fishing, just to name a few of the many summer options.

The Hyatt Main Street Station does not have air conditioning, since it is normally not needed.

Nice property, but not the same as in the photos. The Hyatt is a very nice, clean high-end property with an excellent location. However, the photos show a upper-level room with a completely different layout. What we got was a ground level room facing Main Street and the sidewalk. Also, the room was next to the maid's break room, so we were awoken ever morning at 7:30am sharp by employees talking, giggling and dragging furniture around. The room was Ok, but not as advertised. I might consider staying in the property again, but not with the same owner.

Cozy Getaway

The property manager was so easy to work with and helped my group book this property for our last minute getaway. Check-in and out was a breeze. The property offered the perfect location right in town for shopping and dining. The room was very cozy, clean, and spacious for our short-term needs. The fireplace was a nice treat too! I would book again if I was in Breckenridge.

Clean well appointed condo in the center on Breckenridge. Short walk to the lifts and to all the restaurants in town. Property management very easy to work with! Thanks to all ! Great stay!

Great Location!

The location is great to get to the slopes and the shops/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The process was super easy and garage parking during the winter is amazing!
