The condo was very clean, close to down town and about a 5 minute walk to the gondola. It got 8 college guys comfortably and was over amazing. The hot tub was used daily and it’s right outside. There was no reason to rent a car for everything was within walking distance.
This particular unit is conveniently located to the hot tub. You can see it from the kitchen window. This is not ski in/ski out. There is a decent walk to the gondola, or you would need to catch the bus. We drove most of the group/ski equipment over to the gondola lot each day and had someone just run back after parking the truck back at the unit.
We loved being conveniently located to town each evening.
The house was fine and the check in/out process was very simple!
No complaints; we really enjoyed our trip!
Old carpet, cracked tile but space was clean. Lots of room. Very close to town. We used the hot tub and shared grill. The front desk was very responsive to our needs.
Everything worked as expected, and the kitchen is nicely equipped. The fold out couch is not very comfortable, but that is to be expected for an older couch. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, and loved how close to town and the slopes we were!
The property was very handy to everything. The kitchen could have used a few more items such as a pizza pan. The original picture showed a sofa and loveseat which was changed to a chair so seating was limited. Property itself was decent.
We loved the location of this property to the gondola, bike trail, and main street. My biggest complaint of the property is the beds. Both beds were not comfortable and old. Both my husband and I felt that the beds were the worst part of the condo. The condo also had a lot of storage and room for our family. The TVs were new and very nice. We also loved having the pool and hot tubs at the condo that we used frequently. The windows don't block much noise. The condo is on the side of a busy street so you will hear street noise in the condo at night when the tv is off.

Good things and less good things Whats nice : people from the rental bureau. Relative comfort of the apartment but should ne be called luxury appartement (no real view). Fireplace is really nice. What’s should be changed : the glasses of our windows were plenty of fingerprints. Some carpets are quite dirty. Some Furniture are really oldish. What is missing : a proper map of the city with indications of the host location, ski gondola, ski rental and mainly a map of the buildings as there are many (with hot tubes, wood place, garbage dumping, where is our building). Some of the people from the rental although being nice have never been to the buildings so they are helpless when the customer arrives and ask questions.

Breckinridge stay
While everyone we communicated with was friendly, we were given some misinformation. We tried to check in early, knowing it might not be possible, but were texted by housekeeping that it was available early. Than received notice by someone else that though it was clean, it still needs to be inspected by facilities to make sure everything worked. This took 3 hours. And there were several things that didn’t work when we got there (lights, etc). While it’s a great location, the property does need some updating. But this is fine, think “character”, what it’s not ok, are the single pane windows that don’t keep any sound out. We heard the road traffic all night long, in the living room and the bedrooms. Most disheartening though, my niece left her makeup bag with very expensive makeup in it, and they denied finding it.
Positives: location, clean, kitchen table comfortably seated 6 (table and chairs not original)
Negatives: dated, scuffed walls everywhere, old unfilled nail holes, original appliances, old carpet, cheap mattresses (maybe original), gross futon, ok sofa sleeper(clean the debris when you open the sofa sleeper), couches and TV stand aren’t original, but the couches ‘shed’ its faux leather like crazy.
Rarely does one get greated upon entry to the original organ/digital keyboard that is pictured in the condo's original listing. That did bring laughter to us. I say either embrace the original decor of the early 80s and tastefully refresh it or overhaul it to something timeless.
We’ve been renting vrbo yearly for a very long time, this makes me question their standards. It’s what w imagined a run down mom and pop motel to be like.
This place brings in a profitable revenue each year, time to overhaul it to "keep up with the Jones' "
There was an additional fee that showed up once booked which did not reflect the vrbo price, I never had that happen.

Great except having to pick up the key on the way out at a separate location required some logistical planning and really should be on the initial reservation to let us know so that when we reserve a ride, we can stop there at the pick up site. I can tell you from first-hand experience that this was a major obstacle to tell them they had to stop at that site to pick up key

Location is perfect, easy walk to gondola, easy walk home, easy walk to food/shopping. Hot Tub at the complex was great. Unit is large and was good for our 2 families. Just wish the owners would update some of the worn out details - couches were pealing their vinyl, dining chair has broken/loose arm, bathroom fans rattle. Overall a great trip, and always love Ski Country for finding our rentals.

We always have a wonderful time in Breckenridge. It is so amazing and beautiful. Our condo was a great size and a good location, however, overall it needs to be updated. The furniture was peeling the carpet was old the shower door in the master bath did not work, however, it was nice and clean.
The location of this condo is perfect. Ski in and out via gondola across the street and 4 o clock run back. Short walk to all the restaurants and shops on main st. However, condo could definitely do with an upgrade especially couch and bedroom 2 to make it more comfortable for beyond 3-4 people. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of utensils, plates, glasses to be able to comfortably cook some meals at home. You actually don’t even need to rent a car if you stay at this property and the bus stops right next door.

A very noisy location
This condo is very outdated and needs refreshed. The condo is on a very busy and noisy street. Also there was construction going on across the street. The hot tub is outside the master bedroom window. Thank goodness there were box fans in every bedroom to turn on at night to drown out the noise.
The property was in a great location. Easy walk to everything on Main st. And it was easy to hit the trails in town. There is a trailhead that takes you up the mountainside that starts about a block from the property.
Ultra convenient location, easy walk to downtown. The layout of the property was fantastic for our group—plenty of space & 3 bathrooms! Definitely recommend this rental
