The condo was very clean with plenty of towels and blankets. The complex is close to Quick Silver lift, dining and entertainment places.
The only negative was that the heat was difficult to regulate and although it was near and below zero at night, we were too hot in the bedrooms even with the heat off, but cold downstairs.
Easy access to lift and great place to stay with partner
The place is a great space to come back to after a long day if skiing or activities!

Great location and felt like home!
Not having stayed in Breckenridge before, this was the best find! The staff was very helpful, the courtesy shuttle was always available and the lift was within walking distance. The gondola and main street were a short shuttle ride away and made a great experience for those that were and were not skiing.
Clean, comfortable and super convenient location. One block from Snowflake lift. Can ski down 4 o-clock run at end of day to spur right across the street. Pool and hot tub are short walk. Easy walk to town for dinner.
Property was very accomadating. Check in after hours was a breeze. Clean. Could use a little updating. Location is awesome.
Got locked out and maitenance was there in 10 minutes.
Loved the garage but not the multi floor. No TVs in the bedrooms kinda Stunk as we like to watch tv when we go to bed. I mean they got Roku TVs at Walmart for 100bucks

Needs updating
The location was great. Super easy to get on and off the mountain. The condo needs updating. It looks like nothing has been touched in 30 years. It was clean though. The dishwasher did not work, the hot water was good for about 1 1/2 showers and the kitchen was not well stocked. It served its purpose but I would choose a different condo in the same area next time.
Had a great time staying here. The rental company was a breeze to work with, even with Covid restrictions and a very late arrival.
The property itself came exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for 2 couples and the location was great for heading into town and getting to the slopes.
The only complaint I çan think of was clearly listed in other reviews. The house is a bit older (not a big deal) but the kitchen is barely stocked and the dishwasher hurt more than helped. Thankfully we didn’t eat in much, but be aware if that’s your goal.
Overall it was wonderful and we would happily stay here or in another property with Ski Country Resorts.
The location and cleanliness were the top reasons this property gets a higher rating. I would not rent this property again.
The kitchen is extremely ill equipped with dull knives to prepare meals, no tea kettle, limited pots / pans and the ones that are there should be replaced, dishwasher doesn't work well (have to wash dishes either prior to running it or you'll have to do it all afterward), mold in one shower, main level where the tv is was so drafty from floor vent that it made it nearly impossible to sit and relax after skiing. The pull out sofa bed was fine for our teenage kids, however there should be proper blankets for guests in the winter, we were provided 2 lightweight blankets suited for summer.
This unit is in dire need of attention and some new furniture because what is in here is old and not comfortable. Living room is impossible to move around in when the bed is out due to the oversize loveseat. tv armoire, and coffee table.

This rental has pros and cons, like any place, and it depends on what you are looking for and how many you have staying. The walk to the lift is a bit far if have younger kids for being called a ski in/out. Mine whined a little but did it. There is plenty of space and having a garage was wonderful (low clearance fyi. had to take off our ski racks on our Sequoia to drive into it). If you walkout the front door, the pool is a pretty close walk. The layout of the townhouse is a bit awkward, especially if someone is sleeping on the pull out sofa. Speaking of that, the couch and pull out sofa could really using updating. Not for looks (could careless about that), but for comfort. They were both extremely uncomfortable (deep cushions that kept sliding off the couch as we watched our movie). And the mattress on the pullout is laughable it is so bad. Springs poking you everywhere. Memory foam pullout sofas would be a great upgrade. Really, all the mattresses and pillows (very flat) could use updating for comfort. After a day of skiing and going again the following days, it was not optimal to have such uncomfortable beds & couches. One of my kids chose to sleep on the floor instead (plenty of space to do so though) and we decided to leave a night early because we didn't want to sleep there again. We are very familiar with staying at rentals/hotels and have never had complaints about the comfort of beds/sofas. I know many said the decor could use updating. I could careless about that....just put some money into the furniture/sleeping pieces. Everything is good for a short term rental stay.

Good location. Can walk to lift. A bit far for town if it’s cold. Property needs to be updated but clean and nicely laid out.
The condo was cozy and the location is spectacular. It's a few minutes walk from both downtown Breckenridge and the Snowflake lift.
Management has a good process set up for minimal contact due to covid, but we never felt like they were not accessible if we needed anything.
This unit is great. The beds were comfy and we had what we needed for a short stay. The lift is a short walk uphill. But end of day you ski right down and downhill to the condo. I recommend this condo
We only stayed one night due to Covid-19. Accommodations were great but we got dropped off at base and skied in.
REALLY appreciate how easy the management made it for refund.

Everything you need and then some
Amenities are great. Beds are comfy. Close to lifts. Awesome. The only drawback being that you have to take the keys back to the main building so if you leave on a day you plan to ski... the ability to ski in and ski out doesn't work out.

We enjoyed our long weekend at Winterpoint 42. The location was great - close to lifts and main street -and the condo was quiet and had everything we needed. The garage was a big plus, great to store skis, car, etc. The unit definitely could use a renovation but it was clean. The staff at Ski country resorts was friendly and helpful as well as the staff at Christys where we rented our skis. Thank you!

Ski adventure
My family enjoyed the condo after Christmas. It was clean and everything we needed was provided except for our food and personal items. It was not as close to the ski lifts as we had expected, but the complimentary shuttle was great. We used it several times. The drivers were helpful in coming to the condo and returning us when we called. One particular driver exceeded our expectations in helping us with a baby stroller. If we come again we will contact this same resort.
