Get to the lifts quickly or head to town where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, shops, and local festivities. The Breckenridge Nordic Center, with numerous groomed cross country and snowshoeing ski trails is an easy walk.

The host was great and responded immediately to all of my requests. The home was perfect for our family ski trip. The amenities in the home were excellent and the location was close to Main Street for a quick drive to the restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic mountain home minutes from downtown Breckenridge
This property was the perfect spot for my family to stay in Breckenridge. The view from the back deck and two balconies is amazing. The house is spacious, clean, and well-appointed with the extra bonus of fun, interesting artwork. We definitely recommend it!

This house had everything we needed and its in a great location only a few minutes from downtown. It has lots of windows with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. Checkin was easy and the property manager kept us fully informed throughout the booking process and while we were there.
Had a great stay. Place was as described. Right next to Peak 8. Place is plenty big for a few families. Kitchen was fabulous. Hot tub was excellent along with the steam room. I would highly recommend. The pinnacle group who manages the property is great to work with. Very prompt with any questions and resolved timely.

This is definitely geared toward a large group of friends or a large family. Th space was really nice and cozy.
Our family decided to unite for a vacation this year and with our one daughter living in the Denver area, Breckinridge was the perfect choice. Staying at Lookout on Christie Lane suited our family well. Plenty of space, pool table and hot tub (big hits) and a perfect location. The kitchen was great for doing any meal prep. Easy walk into town and bus available for getting back to the house.
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The kitchen is incredible. The house/property has everything you need. The only issue for us was the master bed was uncomfortable, but that's just a personal preference. Location was so convenient to the slopes and to town. The view of Breckenridge at night is stunning. Would recommend this home!
House was lovely with a lot of amenities. Listing was accurate. The views from the balcony are nice. The property management company was prompt in responding to questions and wanted to make sure we didn't have issues gaining entry to the house. We had a lovely visit with relatives while attending a wedding at the Nordic Center.
We had an absolutely fantastic time at the cabin we rented in Colorado! The location was perfect, offering easy access to Breckenridge and nearby shops, making it a breeze to explore the area.
The cabin itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. The highlight for us was the amazing master suite—it was spacious, comfortable, and had stunning views that made waking up a pleasure. The entire area felt clean and well-cared for, which added to our sense of relaxation.
Overall, this cabin provided the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. We can't wait to come back for another getaway! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Colorado!
Really gorgeous views and home. Easy house to relax in, comfortable no effort home. Easy walk to town! Views of Breckinridge at night with the full moon-loved. Steam shower was so perfect. Very clean. Tv is not on Kitchen level so if you need a tv on all the time; it’s in the Rec room in basement and in master.

Overall was very good- great location, pretty well supplied, and was clean. Screen doors were a bit of a mess- master screen was shredded and didn't work. One of the extra bedrooms was presented as a queen bed- which it was not. There was one queen BR, not two, and one Full size BR so not good for a couple due to size. Back deck not as large as it appeared in pics but had a good view. A spiral staircase from deck to firepit could be an issue for some, but there was a safety gate at the top of the stairs. No AC- that is common I guess. Maybe a few larger fans would help a bit more with air circulation given the fact that summers are warmer now. Pretty easy walk to town, easy walk to a free shuttle which takes you all over. Rental company was responsive to issues.

One of my favorite experiences ever. The house is perfectly situated on Ski Hill, right between Peak 8 and town. Everything was walkable. The house itself is gorgeous and whoever designed it deserves a raise. The attention to art and detail was amazing, the views were spectacular and the amenities were above and beyond expectations.
Wonderful stay in a beautiful home! Loved the view, the bear and fox visits, and the proximity to Beaver meadow trails. House had everything we needed (& didn’t think of!) Living room furniture could use an update. Loved all the artwork displayed around the house.
A few friends and I stayed here for a ski trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It’s proximity to town and the mountain were perfect.
