Luxurious Hideaway on Main Street in the Heart of Everything with Balcony & Grill

Welcome to Main Street Hideaway, one of the most sought-after condos in town. Located above the Mountain Goat clothing store, this stylish studio lives more like a one-bedroom and just steps from all of Main Street's shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The Breck Gondola is a 0.3mile walk (~7 min), giving you easy access to world-class skiing. With luxury appliances, private patio with views of Peaks 9 & 10, and thoughtfully designed interiors, this unit offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and mountain charm.

This unit is located on the second floor and is accessible via one staircase. There is no elevator.

Living Area: The main living space features a sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, a mounted flatscreen TV with cable, and access to the private deck.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts Viking luxury appliances, including a six-burner gas range. A breakfast bar seats 2, and a hardwood dining table provides additional seating for 4. South-facing windows fill the space with natural light and mountain views.

Bedroom: Queen bed with brand new Purple Mattress, dresser, closet, and in-unit eco-friendly washer and dryer. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Outdoor Space: Step out to the patio just off the living room to fire up the hardline gas grill or relax in the Adirondack chairs after a full day exploring the Rocky Mountains.

Laundry: A stacked washer & dryer is located in the bedroom closet.

Parking: One designated parking spot is available outside the unit.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Location is everything! It was great to be right on Main Street surrounded by fun restaurants and shops. The unit was pristine. Great bathroom, full kitchen with all accessories (we appreciated the coffee maker), and private parking made loading and unloading super easy.Weā€™ve stayed in Breckenridge many times as tourists, and this remains our favorite spot to stay in town.

Great stay in downtown Breckenridge

My wife and I stayed at this property during the summer and it was great. It's location in downtown Breckenridge meant that we could walk to everything we wanted to. The property is well stocked and we would stay there again.

The Perfect Hideway

Great Views and Location!

We stayed here for the start of the ski season and it was wonderful! Only a 5 minute walk to the gondolas so there was no need to drive to the resort. The house was clean, the noise level was not high even with the property on Main Street. I would highly recommend staying here!

A perfect getaway for two

My husband and I bought tickets to see my favorite band at Red Rocks, and made a vacation trip out of it. We chose Breckenridge as our ā€œhome baseā€ and were pleasantly surprised to find this property available for our dates of choice. It was perfect with regards to location, size, and amenities! We rented an SUV through Turo, but really only needed it for our drive from the airport, to and from concert, to the grocery store, and back to the airportā€”as we were easily able to walk everywhere else for shopping and restaurant dining. The weather was spectacular, and we loved being able to sleep with the windows open at night. And even though we were close to many patios with outdoor musical entertainment, we never had a single issue with noise. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the bathroom was spacious and included a large shower, and the deck was our favorite place to begin our mornings and end our evenings. We cannot say enough positive things about this property, and have zero regrets choosing it for our stay! 10/10 recommend for a coupleā€™s getaway!

Good Place, Great Location

Overall we had a great stay here. Cannot beat the location. We left our car parked the entire time and walked everywhere. Can easily walk to everything from this location including the gondola up to the peaks. Bathroom was really nice, and appliances were all high end. Balcony had great mountain views. The location was very quiet most of the time, which was probably helped due to the rooftop restaurant next door being out of business, although it appears a new business is demo/reenovating it and we're working on it during our stay. Only negatives were no air-conditioning which was expected. Only the back windows had screens, so you couldn't get a lot of breeze going to the bedroom. The unit did have two box fans which helped airflow, although a ceiling fan in the bedroom would have helped. The refrigerator had a loud rattle which went on almost non-stop during our stay which was rather annoying but we tuned it out eventually. These were rather minor inconveniences which did not detract from our stay overall.

Great location!

Been going to Breck with my husband in the summers since 2000. Most of the locations did/do not have A/C, but they communicated the fact in advance. They had good air circulation with the fans provided. This location did not have AC. It had radiant floors that were left on upon arrival, making the unit even warmer. The lowest temp in the evening during our stay was 74 (only 1 night). Mostly high 70ā€™s and 80s (I took pics of the readings). Two fans were provided but they could not create good air circulation in the bedroom. I asked about the temp the day after our arrival and was told Breck units mostly had no A/C. Thermostat had heat/air options - it would be good to post that it doesnā€™t control anything except the floor on/off. It took two days to realize the floor heat was still on. Other locations weā€™ve stayed have had fans, and/or Dyson portable A/C units. The location was the best we have had in 20+ years! But due to lack of good sleep during our stay, a window unit or other means to keep the unit cool while not leaving the unit open/insecure would need to be verified before staying there in the summer again.

Super nice condo in perfect location. Beautiful finishes in the property, new high-end appliances, comfortable furnishings, well-stocked, and everything in mint condition from dishes, pots, and pans to towels and linens. Convenient to shops, restaurants, live music, and outdoor activities. Highly recommend and we plan to come back!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved it. The location was perfect - close to everything downtown without any noise, and a short walk to the gondola for skiing. Well laid out space with great amenities. Modern and clean. If we have the chance to come back, weā€™ll definitely check availability for this property first.
