Welcome to Campfire Studios, your advanced base camp for exploring the Rocky Mountains! After a day of playing outside, or shopping downtown, this luxury cabin will invite you to relax in front of the stone fireplace. The two story windows and cathedral ceiling build a perfect frame around your view of both Blue River and Quandary Peak (14,271’). Located 4 miles from Breckenridge Ski Resort, this cabin provides the perfect retreat for family and friends. Well stocked with all the comforts of home, you will immediately relax and start your vacation.

The west-facing wall of windows lights up the inside of this luxury cabin, and reminds you to sit outside on the large covered deck and enjoy the sounds of the great outdoors. After all, that is why you are here.

Starting on the inside, you will find a very open floor plan. The large family room, dining room, and kitchen create the ideal space to entertain. The cabin is luxuriously furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, washer, dryer, gas fireplace and in-floor radiant heat (perfect for your feet after a long day in ski boots!). The open loft overlooks the main living space and provides a nice retreat for those looking to relax with a good book, or for kids watching cartoons.

We participate in a clean linens program that assures all linens, including down mattress covers, are changed in between every visit. As a family that travels frequently, we personally enjoy the comfort of knowing everything is clean and fresh. The first floor master bedroom has a king bed, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, double vanity, private toilet room, and large walk-in closet. Two upstairs bedrooms both provide queen size beds, large closets, and a second master bathroom with double vanities and large glass shower. The loft is furnished with a new sleeper sofa (queen size) and entertainment console. All beds have new pillows and new synthetic down comforters

Downstairs, you will find a large oversized room that is perfect for playing or spreading out. The downstairs room is nicely furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds and a sectional couch. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The two car, heated garage will keep your vehicle out of the weather. Plus, you will find outdoor equipment (ex. snowshoes) in the garage that you are welcome to enjoy.

The other creature comforts include cellular coverage (rare in Blue River), wifi, smart TV's with access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, (also allows you the option to sign into your own streaming subscriptions, ex. Hulu, Amazon Prime), Apple TV in the loft (signed into Netflix, also gives you the option to sign into your own subscriptions), outdoor gas grill (plumbed direct with natural gas, no more running out of gas mid-steak!), and direct access to both the national forest and Blue River. If you don’t feel like driving to town, the Summit Stage (free shuttle) has a pickup location at the entrance of the neighborhood. So get outside and enjoy, after all, that is why you are here!

Almost everything you need to enjoy your time in the mountains is stocked and available – paper products, spices, condiments and soaps. You will love your experience at Campfire Studios, and we know our cabin will provide the perfect base camp for all of your adventures. We welcome you to visit and come back again!

Great house close to Breckenridge

Wonderful location. Only 10 minutes to the village ski lift. The house is very nice and has everything you would need for a cozy winter getaway. We loved skiing in breck and enjoying the downtown at night, then coming back to this great mountain home.

Amazing views and spacious

We loved our stay. Plenty of room for our group and nice outdoor area for my kids to play in the snow. It was nice to relax and take in the views. My kids enjoyed using the games by the fireplace. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Such a great place!

We were so impressed with this property! It was gorgeous and immaculate. My three year old said she “wants to move to Colorado because our house is so pretty.” The bathrooms are very high end and we had everything we could need in the kitchen. Lots of extra towels and blankets too! Thanks!’

Amazing everything

The home is perfectly situated only minutes from Breck. The homeowner was very responsive and immediately called a technician to come the next day due to a water pressure issue. Everything was very clean, well kept, and the home even came with snow shoes of all sizes and sleds. In all, the experience was great and we will be booking here again in the future!!

Amazing stay!

The cabin is beautiful and the location could not be any better, I truly appreciate the simplicity of the check-in and check-out process. The cabin is exactly as shown and completely equipped! My only suggestion would be to maybe bring an air mattress since the pull out beds are pretty uncomfortable and if traveling in big groups to take showers spread apart as the hot water runs out pretty quick. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking again!!

Perfect vacation!

This was our second time to spend a month in this Blue River home. It’s about 5 minutes from Breckenridge activities but we especially love that it’s in a wooded neighborhood that feels more homey. Toby and Steph are generous and attentive hosts, and the house is maintained beautifully. Everything you need is there! We found some new trails in the neighborhood this year, saw lots of wildlife, spent hours reading and visiting on the porches and got to know several of the neighbors. This property is a treasure!

Relaxing Retreat

Cozy yet spacious! Quiet neighborhood in the woods next to the river. Our party consisted of six high school friends in our sixties. The Iowans & the one Floridian apprenticed the views. Two of us live in CO & loved the location as well. We looked for moose but ended up seeing them off of Hwy 9. Short, easy commute to downtown Breck & hikes. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect house for a family ski trip to CO

This was our first time staying in CO in the winter to ski Breck. First time experiencing real CO fresh powder. We've only experienced East Coast ice til now. The house made our stay even more authentic with its cabin feel. Perfect layout for everyone to spread out or be together in a grand space. The radiant heated floors throughout made the house super comfortable. We turned on the fireplace for an extra wintery feel. Loading and unloading in the heated garage made the mornkngs woth kkds a breeze.. All the beds were great and showers had plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body wash for everyone to use. The kitchen was decently equipped with plenty of sturdy dinnerware and silverware for everyone. Items left behind by other gueats were honestly helpful. We paid it forward as well. :-) We miss the house already. The hosts were kind, helpful, and accommodating. We'd love to come back over and over!

Perfect Setting for uncrowded luxury !

Great cabin! Just a few minutes to Breckenridge.

Toby and Steph were great host. They returned messages almost immediately and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The cabin was clean and comfortable for our large family. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Breckenridge.
