Luxury Ski In/Out Condo~Parking~Pool~ Hot Tub~ Best Location!!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are located on the 3rd floor, above main street and we are accessible by elevator. We have every amenity you could want! Outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, gym, ski valet, underground parking and personal, in-room boot/glove dryer. You'll never need your car once you arrive. All of your dining needs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are just out the door on Main Street. Walk to Lift 9 in 5 minutes! Town bus stop directly outside can take you to the grocery or further down main street. This is a well stocked owner's unit. Not managed by Vacasa but rather by the owner and our co-host Julie. We love to share our little slice of the mountains and hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

Location was even better than expected. So close to the lift and rentals. Free ski valet included with property rental. Excellent layout and very well stocked. Bed was comfortable, as was the couch bed.

Great Early Season Trip

Host very responsive and unit as advertised. The ski valet was a bonus since you can’t bring gear into the unit. Had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Best location ever

For our first time in Breckenridge, this was the most ideal location. Quiet and away from the noise, but a short elevator ride down one floor to all the shops, restaurants, etc.

Great location!

Five stars all around! The location was perfect with super easy access to ski school and peak 9. Shops and restaurants are just steps away as well. The condo had everything we needed, plus nice touches like robes and humidifiers. We look forward to returning.

Weekend Family Getaway

This sweet little condo was perfect from the location to the amenities. We absolutely did not want to leave! All the comforts of home and walkable to pretty much anything. Our daughter said the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable! We would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Getaway

Great location for ski and night life

We loved the location, walked to all the downtown restaurants and shop so easily. Easy walk and access to chairlift. Ski valet awesome. You could literally bring your self and rent everything for your ski trip right outside the back door if you wished. The bathrobes were much appreciated to go to hot tub after a long snowy day outside.

Just as pictured!

The property was just as pictured and described - which was perfect! We really appreciated the small amenities (robes, suncreen!) as well. The location can’t be beat, we always stay in this complex during the summer. The unit is really well appointed, everything is newer and clean, you have literally everything you’d need for a stay. Super easy booking, check in and checkout. We will totally come back next summer if it’s available!

Great 1 Bedroom at Peak 9

We loved the condo. Main Street Station is our favorite spot in Breck! Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well-stocked. We loved the personal touches such as coffee bar, robes and basket of assorted size flip-flops for the hot tub. We’re team firm for mattresses, so we give it a two thumbs up! Would definitely return!

The condominium was very clean, very well stocked. Nice view of town and mountains. Elevator was close and convenient with no noise from others on our floor. Inside parking is always appreciated. Were had a great ski week.

Short Breck Stay

Property owner is great and communicates readily for any need or concern. Condo was well outfitted and great bed. Should know that the washer and dryer are not in the unit and are not super convenient to access and use. Also, across the street from a bar that plays music that you will hear at night.

Great accommodations for our family of three. Comfortable, quiet and ideally located for skiing, pool, hot tubs and restaurants. Our ten year old son slept on the pull out couch and he said it was really comfortable. Ski valet was a welcome perk. We took Epic Mountain shuttle and did not need a car due to fantastic location. We will be back!

Perfect place for spring skiing!

We picked this condo for our spring skiing adventure and it was perfect. Location was an A+! Walking distance to a chairlift and all the shops and restaurants in town. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. The boot/glove dryer was a bonus! Check in was a breeze and the communication from the host was quick and awesome. The condo had other amenities that we took advantage of like a fitness center, hot tubs and a ski equipment valet. It really was the perfect place!

Great Breck Condo!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo with our 8 and 9 year old children. They slept on the pull-out couch and had no issues. It was a great location close to everything and a 5-minutes walk to the Quicksilver lift. There was complimentary valet service for our ski gear so we didn't have to haul it up to our room or locker in a garage like others we've stayed at in Colorado. We used the pool and hot tubs and check-in was very easy. We did have to pay an unexpected $50 for parking as we were leaving on the last day but that was the only negative. It was a great trip and we would stay here again!
