This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, hosted by Great Western Lodging, offers a stylish mountain retreat with modern décor, hardwood floors, and custom-designed bathrooms. The inviting living room features a brick-style fireplace, a new flat-screen TV, a beer cooler, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals after a day of mountain adventures. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private bathroom, while the second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. With its quiet, secluded setting and updated finishes, this condo is an inviting home base for your Breckenridge getaway.

Guests have access to the shared Columbine Pool, located approximately a five-minute walk from the unit. The complex also offers a free shuttle bus stop right outside, making it easy to explore the area without driving. Pool access is seasonal: the pool typically opens from Memorial Day through Labor Day and again from mid-November through ski area closing day. Please note that the pool is scheduled to be closed September 28 through October 30, 2026.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
