With easy access to nearly everything on the property, this comfortable, nicely-decorated condo is a great option for any getaway. This home away from home is located just across the street from the office and free shuttle stop, and right next door to the hot tub. A gas grill is also available right outside your door. You and your beloved guests will enjoy this sunny, corner condo with plenty of windows, two balconies, and fresh mountain decor. Relax on the premium quality sofas around a blazing wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), watch a movie on the TV with cable and a DVD player, or break out a family board game to pass the time. The well-equipped kitchen has convenient breakfast bar seating in addition to an adjoining dining area. All mattresses and bedding are top-of-the-line quality offering guests a comfortable and restful sleep.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower first (1st) floor. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 8, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo in excellent location

We stayed here for two days. It was everything that they said it would be. Clean and up-to-date. The location was perfect for anything you want to do in Breckenridge.

Love the location

Loved the location! It was close to downtown and the free ride bus stop was right outside. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at the front desk. The only thing that could have been a bit better was the cleaning service could have been a bit more attentive. Nothing gross, but definitely some oversights on their part.

Lovely, Cozy Stay

You can't beat the location. The condo was super cozy...we loved sprawling out on the comfortable furntiture after being on the mountain all day. The only downside was woodburning fireplace. It took so long to get a fire lit, and by the time we did it was either time to go to bed or leave the condo for activities. Gas is so nice...quick on and off, although we get it...wood burning fireplace is nostalgic...we rarely got one lit.

Perfect for what we needed

March 2025:Great location, reasonable price, and met all of our needs!It is a short 10-minute walk to the nearest lift and the shuttle picks up right across the street for a quick 60sec ride to the lift. Christy sports just down the road for quick and easy rental pick up as well. Minor complaints:- Moving the furniture revealed a fair amount of trash.- Somewhat disorganized and limited cooking supplies (just make sure to bring your own seasonings/utensils - silverware isn't an issue).- Hot tub was packed from 3pm-8pm, yes, it closes at 8pm. - Wood burning fire place (not necessarily a bad thing).- All the amenities outside the room itself are at a central, often crowded, and tricky to find yourself. Largely just details we wished we knew from looking at the online listing, but can't say it negatively impacted the trip or outweighed the awesome location and reasonable price. Perfect for a small family with young ones (2-3), a pair of couples, or a group of 4-5 friends.

Kitchen setup was perfect it had everything we needed. There was no welcome book/folder with condo complex info and local info. The hot tube hours were 12pm - 8pm but it was closed when we tried to go at 5pm. We called the phone umber that was provided but got no response regarding the hot tub closure.

Great stay in 10A Pineridge

10A is a great unit for a small family, especially if you have young kids or trouble walking up stairs. So easy to come and go from 4 O'Clock road, right by bus stop. The updated kitchen and bathroom make it very comfortable and lots of nice natural light, although in evening we kept the curtains closed since people could easily see inside walking by. A few additions of some hooks by front door, in bathrooms, and bedrooms would make it almost perfect! :)
