With a stone gas fireplace, a plush sectional sofa, and a furnished balcony overlooking the ski lift, everyone will look forward to kicking their feet up and relaxing after a day on the slopes. You are likely to return with an appetite, yet there is no reason to go out for dinner, as the renovated full kitchen boasts beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for everyone to reminisce as the delicious smells of a meal fill the room. Don't forget to utilize the on-site pool, hot tub, and game room! The unit does not have air conditioning.

When the snow is falling, there is no better place to be, as the lifts are 50 feet away. Clip into your skis and . have a blast on the many ski runs that Breckenridge has to offer. Don't worry about your experience level either, as the runs are ideal for beginners and advanced skiers alike! If you want to pamper yourself, there is an on-site spa and the kids can play in the community game room while you relax in bliss. When the summer months come around, this area is known for its pristine hiking and biking trails. Plus, the complimentary shuttle can take you anywhere you need to go in town, so there will be no need to worry about parking or driving on icy roads!

Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and The CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Blue Sky is Awesome

This property has everything!!! They have great staff, a shuttle that will take you anywhere in town you want to go in minutes, a ski shop in the lobby and the lift is right in front. Really can't ask for anything more!!

Very nice place!

The place was clean, comfortable and had a good view from the porch. It exceeded my expectations and overall was quite nice! The location was excellent and once you walk outside you’re only 200 feet to the Snow Flake lift. The resort is well maintained and everything looks new. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the room and the Blue Sky resort.

Bluesky Condo

Great unit with beautiful ammenites. We usually visit Breck in the winter but wanted to share the beauty with our 85 yr old Dad. The unit is really decorated nice, great space, large master bath was exceptional! Beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything you need. Walking albeit downhill to town, but the free shuttle service from BlueSky was super convenient and all staff were so helpful and nice. Hiking right out the door to beautiful lake and further up about 2 miles great views of the slopes and chairlifts we are usually skiing on in the winter. Balcony was funt to have coffee in am and wine at night.

Breck ski in/out

This property is truly ski in/out, being at the base of the Snowflake lift. Boot/ski storage (free) and a locker room for gear, plus on site ski shop/rentals/ticketing make everything really easy. The condo itself is very nice as well.

Perfect location; adjacent to a lift for the winter and hikes in the summer. Condo appears recently renovated, everything is in great condition. The kids loved the pool, and we loved the private shuttle access for easy transit to dinner and the gondola / main village. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes. One time, I left my phone on the shuttle, and he was back in 2 minutes.

Perfect location and amenities!

This condo is exactly what we needed...the perfect ski-in/ski-out location for experienced skiers. We parked our truck in the garage and never moved it. Between the outdoor jacuzzi, on-site equipment rental, full kitchen, the free shuttle or a 5-10 minute walk to Main Street, we needed nothing.

Great view. Wonderful!

The room had such a great view, and very convenient to the ski lift area! We had everything we needed, and it was very nicely decorated! Beds in bedrooms were very comfy! Only suggested improvement would be a better mattress on the sofa bed. We had everything we needed; even humidifiers. The staff here is wonderful with excellent shuttle service! We plan to be back next year!

Blizzard & airlines prevented arrival in Breckenridge

Winter Storm Elliott cancelled our flights from Detroit to Denver . Too far to drive in a blizzard to Colorado. Property does not provide credit or refund. We will make reservations at hotels in the future due to cancellation policies.

Blue Sky is our favorite

304 was well kept, right by the parking garage, locker room and a short walk to the pool. The only downside is that you aren't on the main floor (really not that bad). You can't beat the convenience of BlueSky. Helpful and polite staff, a short walk to town, a very accessible shuttle service, feet from the chairlift, a ticket office in the building, get your rentals on the first floor, 3 big hot tubs, a bar in the lobby all make for a great stay. The only thing to make it better would be a convenience store on the premises. Looking forward to going back again.

Great building, location and unit

The building has tons of amenities - ski shop, lift ticket window, heated outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs, game room, fitness center, spa bar/restaurant, and is true ski/in ski out. The unit is clean, fully stocked, nicely furnished, close to parking, and in a quite location with easy access to the underground parking and ski shop and lift.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was beautifully furnished and very homey and comfortable. All the tile was heated, great floor plan and use of space. The facility itself had amazing amenities and was very well maintained. We were able to easily rent skis at a 30% discount on site and pick up the day before we went skiing. Also, we got our lift tickets online and picked them up downstairs. Overall, it was an amazing experience and allowed us to enjoy every minute of our stay. We would definitely love to come back. Excellent value for ski in / ski out.

So convenient to the slopes!

The place was awesome, well appointed, great amenities and we were basically steps from the snowflake lift! Under ground parking, onsite hot tubs and pool, workout room, game room for the kids, on site ski rental/repair shop. So many great things to say about this property, can't wait to go back!

Amazing stay!!

We booked at the last minute and fortunately, Blue Sky had an available condo. This place is amazing. The condo was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved that we had a short (emphasis on short) walk to the ski lift. The shuttle was very convenient and very fast. The resort had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
