The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a new king bed, work area, seating area an ensuite bathroom. The first guest rooms has a comfy king bed, the second a queen bed, and the third bedroom has queen bunk bed with a twin an trundle to sleep 10 comfortably in beds.
A brand new hot tub was added with a spacious deck and grill for the ultimate in relaxation and entertaining. Enjoy the new updated appliances, luxury furniture, and fixtures while you relax in the views!
Located just 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge, the scenic drive is well worth it for the views! Wake up every day enjoy a cup of coffee from the hot tub and stroll down to the bus stop just a 1/4mile away for an easy ride into town to ski!
The Mt. Baldy trailhead is at the end of the road for hiking adventures or snowshoeing and back country skiing! Mountain biking and hiking trails crisscross all around you as well. The town has a great network of multiuse trails!

It was very clean and comfortable for our group of 4 - could have had a couple more comfortably! Kitchen is small, but adequate for the cooking we did. It had everything we needed. The hot tub was piping hot and ready to go for us, and easy to use. Brett was super helpful over email, and made himself available if we needed anything. Would absolutely stay again!
