About this property

Newly Renovated! - Backyard Forest View on All Three Floors, 30' to Pool/Hot Tub

  • This 3 bedroom condo backs up to the national forest. This condo is located extremely close to the indoor/outdoor pool/hot tubs. Wireless internet is available in the condo itself. The Breckenridge Recreation Center is located across the street and is a state of the art facility. Brand new king beds in both master rooms with brand new furniture. 2 Queen/twin bunk beds in 3rd bedroom. Queen sofa sleeper with NO rods, more of a futon type.

    Shuttle buses run every 15 to 30 minutes, depending on peak times and are located next to the parking lot for ease of use. They run to town and the slopes. No need for transportation in Breckenridge as they have long hours!

    The kitchen is fully equipped and furthermore, we leave staples such as spices, flour, sugar, etc. in the cabinets. No need to spend extra money on this. Same with the refrigerator. You will find it stocked with staples, such as condiments. Our friends use our condo quite often as do we and we all appreciate that non-perishable foods are left. You are welcome to all of this!
