You’re just steps away from shopping, dining and exciting nightlife on Breck’s Historic Main Street. This ultra-cool unit is located just behind La Cima Mall, less than one block from the ski shuttle and just a five-minute walk from the Quicksilver Chair. You won’t find a more fun location for your group!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is an ideal setup for groups of up to four. The remodeled interior is breathtaking, and so are the views of from your private balcony! After a long day on the slopes, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and a dining table that seats four for breakfast, snacks or even a nice dinner if should you decide to stay in instead of exploring Breck’s vibrant restaurant scene.

Other amenities include: a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries. Perfect location & comfortable stay

This apartment is in a fantastic location, right off Main Street and within walking distance to the slopes. It’s close to all the bars, restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it super convenient. The apartment comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the extra toilet is a nice bonus. It’s well-lived-in but bright, spacious, and perfect for a week in Breckenridge. The rental company’s staff was very responsive and easy to communicate with via text. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here during "mud season" which is between ski season and summer. The location is incredible... you are basically right at the end of main street so everything is in walking distance. Great little place to stay, great communication from the owners.

This was an excellent small condo for us to enjoy a few days in Breckenridge. Clean, functional and literally steps away from some outstanding eateries and great shopping.

Great condo in downtown Breck

This is a great property. Third floor walk up. The place was clean and well stocked. Great views from the balcony. We stayed in the summer and there was live music every night that shutdown at 11pm. The rental company was communicative, and this is in a great location. Overall, I’d highly recommend.

Great condo in heart of downtown

We had a great stay in Breckenridge. Was a little noisy on the weekend because of its location but was nothing that disrupted us and was mostly noticeable on the weekend. We would definately stay here again. Was within walking distance to everything--shops, bars, restaurants & gondola. Very well equipped with amenities.

Just as described, great location and comfortable bed. If there on the weekend there will be some live lusic outside the back patio, they do not go super late, maybe 9-10pm but just be awware, we enjoyed it ourselves.

Cleaning is only surface-deep

Overall, things were very good. Location was great! Well-equipped and we were happy to have cable tv. The main downside was some cleanliness issues. For example, the inside of the shower curtain in the main bathroom was icky dirty. The bottom of both waste baskets in the kitchen had crap in them. Also, it would be good to have a curtain over the front door window, so the morning sun doesn't intrude on sleepers in the bedroom... and, adding a couple of small chairs on the balcony would be a nice addition.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the condo was in good condition, it was clean and well stocked with the basic supplies. It was in a good part of town central to many things.The pullout couch was terrible to sleep on. It'd be nice to have a curtain on the front door for privacy and to block out the sun light. One of the windows in the living room did not open and one that did open didn't have a screen. Not ideal for 3rd floor. Over all this condo was just used for sleeping as we had family in a bigger condo a few complexes down. It did the job.
