We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Avenue Lofts. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We were a short to the lift and to Main Street, super convenient. We also really liked having our private hot tub.
The condo had multiple windows that were broken. One review stated that the hot tub was broken and management replied underneath that it was now fixed. And that is why I booked this condo. We got a message, informing us after we had checked in and unpacked all of our gear, that the hot tub was in fact still broken. We were also notified that maintenance might be coming by to fix the hot tub. So throughout the day, I was weary of leaving my wallet or anything expensive at the condo while we were on the mountain or out walking the town. Also, during our stay, our entire condo complex experienced six hours with no water. The water was turned back on approximately one hour after we returned from the slopes. The condo is perfectly situated across from Peak nine. It was also in close proximity to all downtown shops and restaurants which made going out to eat after a long day on the mountain very easy. The condo is beautiful. However, their cleaning crew is not too thorough. I found chips and popcorn. (which we did not have either.) in the couch and on the floor.Overall, the location of this condo is perfect. The decor is great. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
