Located, right between town and the lift could pretty much ski right to the complex. Very spacious condo that's fully stocked, Loved the two bedroom two back
Spacious and Cozy Condo - great access to slopes and town
Enjoyed our stay in this great location in Breck. Very convenient to both the Main Street (4 minute walk) and to the slopes (easy walk/bus access to Beaver Run, Snowflake, and Gondola). Loved that this 2 bed/2 bath was a double-en-suite. Very convenient for two couples or a family.

Breckenridge visit
Nice location and good atmosphere. Nice rooms. Needs new matresses. Carpet a bit worn. Overall a great stay and fantastic location.
This is a nicely appointed and roomy apartment downtown near the gondola. I would not consider this a ski in/ski out property, though I suppose it's technically possible to ski nearby and then walk for a bit. Plan to use the bus stop that's just across the street to take the free 2-minute ride up the hill. Good parking, fine hot tub, central location.
Perfect for me an four kids to ski. The shuttle stop that takes you to the Snowflake lift is about 50 yards, maybe less, from the front door. The Four O'clock run brings you back to the condos across the street, so it's about another 50 yards or so back to the front door.Downtown is also an easy walk. The main plaza is about a 5 min away. We parked the truck and pretty much didn't use it at all while we were there.Condo was clean and comfortable and very warm. Hooks and a bench in the hallway for gear, plus an outside closet for skis and boards. Check in process was super easy and instructions and suggestions were very helpful.Only a couple of very minor complaints; a few extra towels for the hot tub would have been nice (you may want to bring some, or just use the washer and dryer in the condo) and oddly there was nothing in the kitchen to hand wash dishes (we grabbed a wash cloth from the bathroom).We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location just off the 4oclock run and super easy bus up to to lifts. Easy walk to town / market. No need for a car, really. Overall the unit is in great shape - loved the 2 ‘suites’ of BR/BA. Updated bedding in primary would be nice... but overall everything was fine and we loved the service from the management company - this is a small Breckenridge company so service is swift and friendly. We would absolutely use again!
Very nice place. Roomy with 2 decent sized baths. Quiet complex with plenty of parking. Easy walk to Snowflake Lift, with easy access to peaks 8 and 9. We rented equipment at ski shop by lift so could store equipment right by lift. Would stay there again.
I only give 4 * for the check in process due to the off-site location of the office, thus slight inconvenience. But otherwise everything went smoothly. Location is close to town, and ski resort. Unit was easy to find in the complex. Host was very accommodating with 2 parking permits.
Location is perfect with a short walk to lifts and Main Street.
We enjoyed our stay even though the clothes dryer was not in working condition. We were not able to dry our washed bath towels. Technician was sent but a quick repair was not an option. Although this was an inconvenience, the property manager did his best to correct the problem.

We Love Park Place
We have been staying at Park Place for over 30 years. We love the location in relation to the town of Breckenridge. The complex is 1 block off main street and we love the summer walks without fighting with trying to park. This particular condo is one that we have used before. It is very comfortable and clean. It's a first floor unit which makes things even a little easier to go in and out. The company that rented this unit to us was very helpful. I would be happy to stay here again.
