Location is amazing! Host was easy to communicate with and made things easy.House was comfortable however please keep kind mind the house comes stocked with nothing. There are pots and pans but there is nothing outside of that.
Great location for skiing, loved the view from the patio. Host gave us an extensive list of things to do in the area and was very kind and informative.
Clean condo just minutes from the lifts and Main Street. Comfortably fit 4 adults between the bedroom and pull-out couch. As other reviews have noted, the address needs to be corrected to be 905 and not 895, as that added confusion when finding the unit. Host was responsive.
Small co do in a good location for the mountain and downtown activities

Reviewer Comments:
The apartment was small but conveniently close to the slopes (300 metres) and the Main Street (400 metres) in Breckenridge where the majority of shops, bars and restaurants are located. Skiing was fantastic with huge wide open, tree lined slopes great for intermediates and with very few lift queues that are easily avoided if you use the Breckenridge app.The town is pretty and easy to get round with most attractions on Main Street. The apartment was good value relative to many others in what I’d a pretty expensive resort. Some of the fixtures and furniture felt like they could do with a refresh but all in all we had a great time!

Property management very profesional. Only thing i had kind of hard time finding my condo at night. Building has 895 and 905 nr, make me very confused. Had late arrival and to call management emergency nr to find my place. Other than this was everything was great. Not much rm for parking if you dont have unit with garage, specialy with plowed snow on sides

At first glance, this place is great!
The river immediately out back is beautiful and peaceful, steps away from trails and fun for my kids to throw rocks into and explore. Location is good, just a 10 minute walk to town. When we really started living in this place though, there were disappointments at every turn.
The condo was not clean (e.g. crusty dried food on utensils, a gritty white substance on all the surfaces - like dust, but not, the kitchen table was sticky and gross, light switches were filthy, etc.). I had to go out and buy Clorox wipes and clean the place myself, yet I paid a high cleaning fee in our rate. This place was cleaner when we left than when we came.
On top of that, little items were missing (e.g. there's no garbage can in the bathroom, there's no spatula for flipping pancakes, the only drinking glasses were 4 wine glasses, no large bowls for serving, only one outdoor chair on the patio, no broom for sweeping, not enough gas in the grill, etc.). Just enough to make things inconvenient and continually improvised.
Lastly, and perhaps worst of all, I was constantly plunging the toilet. I called maintenance, but all they did was plunge it, as I had been and continued to do for our entire weekend. With one adult and two young kids staying, this was not an over-use issue. I don't know about you, but when I'm on vacation the last thing I want to be doing is constantly worrying about an over-flowing toiled.
In a nutshell, a below-average condo for an above-average price. We certainly didn't get what we paid for with this experience.

Don’t stay here!
Mike was nice enough…. I wouldn’t have asked for a discount if it weren’t for what I’m going to be describing next.
We got stuck in the snow storm and asked if someone had Friday booked (one extra day).
I was told they’d hold it. I got charged. Cool and all but could’ve accommodated given the circumstances when I first arrived. See below.
For about the same price you could go to a place that has a hot tub of its own if you wanna spend just a few more dollars so keep that in mind. This one you have to walk pretty far in the cold even though the property manager has it as the first picture so don’t be fooled by that. We didn’t even use it due to the inconvenience of accessing it.
We planned and packed to have a washer/dryer being that the listing stated it did. When we arrived we were informed it did not. The property management did not offer any discounts or accommodations even though it was their fault and caused quite the inconvenience as a result of this.
You have to walk up and down and down the lot for access to your vehicle. Ski locker not easily accessible so not even worth it to use and they tell you not to bring stuff in.
Toilet seat broken. Stovetop grates sitting at an incline so when you cook it feels like the pans are gonna fall off. You’ll be questioning whether you’re going to have to hire a lawyer later if they try to blame you for their run-down property.
Took pics before leaving. Not a pleasant mindset. Have fun sleeping with all the tapping too.
This nice apartment has a pretty view and is walking distance from lots of things. My son even said the pullout couch was the best! Great property manager.
Great location…we could walk to main street for dinner and super close to the slopes. Perfect for our family of four. The manager was very responsive and helpful.

5 minute walk to breckenridge lifts. great little property!
This place was exactly what we thought from the listing. Very close walk to lifts at Breck, easy access to hot tubs for hanging out after a long day skiing (although with Covid you do need to pay attention to the reservation system they have set up) and easy walk to the downtown areas with free buses to other ski hills. Thanks! Will definitely come again

Long weekend
Property was overall OK. Wasn’t super clean, toilet seat was extremely loose, no coffee filters.
Communication with the owner or property manager was marginal and he seemed a bit annoyed when I spoke with him.
The place was adequate. I didn't expect to be in a lower level. It wasn't really a problem. The things I wish were better are that there was spot, like dried wine on the kitchen floor. Better attention to detail on cleaning would help. The kitchen could be better stocked. There were no knives.
