Situated at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 8, this gorgeous ski-in ski-out condo is just steps away from the Gondola which can connect you to Peak 7 and into the charming town of Breckenridge.
As you enter the unit you will be greeted by the gorgeous and unique views of the Ski Resort right outside your door where you can spend your time on the huge deck, one of the very best of the entire resort!
Inside the 1200 square foot condo, the updated kitchen is beautiful and perfect for cooking a meal from home and includes a Keurig coffee maker with pods on site. The master bedroom has a King while the 2nd bedroom has a Queen, and the sofa pulls out into a Queen sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms have private full bathrooms making it a breeze to get ready in the mornings. The large living space includes a large flat screen tv and a fireplace to warm up after a day on the slopes.
When you’re not spending time on the mountain or in your condo, One Ski Hill Place has amenities that few can compare! 2 indoor pools, Indoor and outdoor hot tubs, Luxurious changing rooms ,Sauna Steam room, Fitness room, Grand lobby with piano and seating. We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our properties for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers` guidelines.

Breckenridge nightlife events include energetic gatherings like the annual parade and bonfire to honor Ullr, the Norse god of snow. And many daytime events have an evening counterpart. Contrasting the chill of the annual snow sculpting competition, a Fire Arts Festival with illuminated metal sculptures and fire-related performances bring on the heat. The Dew Tour skiing and snowboarding competition features nighttime DJs, concerts and street art components. Holiday time present the annual Lighting of the Town Tree, and New Year’s Eve fireworks are spectacular and unforgettable when the rockets are set off during a light snowstorm.

Key must be returned to lock box (with lock box hanging on the unit door) at departure. If the key is not returned to the lock box, you will be charged a lost key fee. 
Keys found in unit, must be returned to the unit.

We want you to enjoy your vacation but please remember at all times that this is somebody`s home and we expect you to treat it as if it were your own. No smoking. Please remove shoes and ski boots upon entering the home.

1. Agreement: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. Security Deposit: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit.
