Quandary Estate is a modern, high-end home situated in mature pine trees just outside of Breckenridge in the quaint town of Blue River only a 10-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Its 4 bedrooms, + loft and 5.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to 10 people and the two living areas, full bar area, massive deck, and private hot tub truly put this home in a league of its own. Walking through the massive front door, you’ll enter the main living area with its fantastic mixture of rustic looks with modern interior design. You’ll also get your first look at the east face of Quandary Peak through the massive floor-to-ceiling windows. The open floor plan gives the main living space an airy feel that lead directly to the porch, where you can watch the sunset around the gas fire pit. The main living features comfortable furniture surrounding a beautiful gas fireplace where you can relax and take in the incredible views.

The chef’s kitchen is situated just off the living area and is just as spectacular as the rest of the home. With high-end stainless-steel appliances and plenty of counter space on gorgeous white granite countertops, you’ll have everything a professional chef would have at your disposal to whip up a culinary masterpiece. Best of all, you’ll still be able to enjoy the views while you cook! Just off the kitchen is the dining area with a large table with enough room for the entire group (10 seats) and four more seats at the kitchen island.

Downstairs is the second living area that features a full-size wet bar. There are two large flat-screen TVs so you won’t miss any of the action during football season. And if you’re looking to relax in the serene mountain setting, just step out onto the lowery porch where you’ll find the private hot tub.
