All the best that Breck has to offer – skiing, dining, nightlife, shopping, hiking, mountain biking and more – is within walking distance of this condo! There are two ski shuttle stops just outside and across the street. . . You can ski to the condo in the afternoon, then stroll downtown to your favorite restaurants and shops on Main Street. Enjoy the peaceful sound of the Sawmill Creek just outside your windows. You and your group will love this place!

This perfectly located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to eight people. The living area offers plenty of room to relax with a large flat-screen TV and a wood fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or a full family meal. There’s a dining table that seats six, and there’s room for five more at the kitchen island. The Sawmill Creek complex also features two shared hot tubs and two shared gas grills next to a grassy picnic area and on the first-floor deck.

Other amenities include a relaxing steam shower to soothe your muscles after your day on the mountain, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo, private washer and dryer, basic toiletries, and fresh linens. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24-hours a day to ensure your stay is comfortable and worry free.
