    The Village at Breckenridge offers convenient heated garage parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking rates vary seasonally:

    • April 13 – May 21: $6/night

    • 2026/2027 Ski Season: approximately $41–$51/night depending on dates

    Option 2 – Complimentary Alternate Parking (When Available)
    I also own another nearby unit located approximately 150 yards east of the property. If parking is available there during your stay, guests are welcome to park free of charge.

    Option 3 – Additional Nearby Parking
    Additional public parking is available near the ice rink and is easily accessible using the complimentary Breck Free Ride shuttle service.

Wonderful location, very close to Main Street and all the restaurants and shopping. Spacious and comfortable condo, had everything we needed for our family of 4. Well maintained complex with a greta pool and plenty of hot tubs. Scott was an excellent host—very helpful with the check in process, good communication, even gave my husband and son tips for fly fishing:)
