August stay at Snow Mansion was great. We were a group of 9 friends. Everyone had their own bed. Lots of room inside and outside. House was clean. Everything was well labelled. Easy parking in drive and garage. Can walk to Main St, which has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Pickleball is very close.
We had an amazing trip. The house was able to accommodate our group of 18 perfectly with room to spare. It was the perfect place to start a ski day, hangout for the non skiers , and wind down after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed the Super Bowl there which the living room was the perfect place to watch, eat and hangout , would recommend to any large groups !
Great home with plenty of space to accommodate our group. Very kid friendly with amenities for adults. Close to the Troll hike and walkable to downtown. Comfortable sleeping accommodations and the check-in and out process was seamless.
I've been bringing a small group of business owners to Breckenridge every summer since 2017 and we have stayed in a different place every time.
This spot was one of everyone's favorites. The location was amazing -- super close walk right into town -- and the property itself was clean, well maintained, and delightful.
Our stay with 10 adults and 7 grandchildren was outstanding. the house was clean, highest quality and well located at the outskirts of Breckenridge. The firepit at night was great for family conversation. We have vacationed in Colorado as a family six times and this house was the best we have found.
This home was perfect for a family gathering in the mountains. Plenty of space to comfortably sleep and play. The large kitchen could accommodate multiple helping hands preparing meals. The house was very clean! The location was great and a short walk to downtown and the train park. Would highly recommend to others and would stay here again!
So close to town, maybe 3 blocks to first restaurants on the south end of town. House was awesome. Huge bedrooms. Great patio. Great host and commutation.
Great, well equipped place! Feim the kitchen to the grill, firepit, and the jacuzzi, we met and had a great experience before and after clmbing a few local mountains. Close to Breck.
It was a great house for all of us to stay in!! We loved the space, games in the basement & the size of the kitchen. Everyone had a great time! Love Breckenridge. The only issue we had was that no one had full hot water during their showers. There were 13 of us and we didn’t take them at the same time or back to back. The view from the hot tub was amazing too.
House was as expected and was amazing. Everyone enjoyed there stay. We got good use of the movie projector and ping pong table.
Some minor inconveniences: the air hockey table would not turn on, the coffee maker took over an hour to brew 10 cups each morning, the handle to the left of the main entrance handle is broken (so we left it cracked open).
We also appreciated the easy check out process. Thank you for not demanding a ton of extra chores as some properties demand.
It was a great vacation. Excellent location to be able to walk into town and the ice rink. The home was spacious and accommodating. A couple of issues: upstairs was freezing (thermostat was set), some of the bedding was very dirty. There were items left over from the last people who stayed there.Before we arrived, I asked if there was a big pot in the kitchen and was told no- just a crockpot and sauce pan. When we arrived, there were big pots in the kitchen so I didn’t need to pack mine.Overall, it was a really nice place to be and the kitchen accommodated us all for dinner. The living room was a great place to hang out and loved the movie theater to watch a movie. They do need to get a universal remote since hooking up a movie was quite a process. We also loved having the ping-pong table.

Ordeal at Snow Mansion
After a two-day ordeal, our family from around the country was able to settle in for our family reunion. Minutes after notification that the property was ready, we were informed we could expect a multi-hour delay. The management company, Pinnacle Lodging, located an adequate property a few miles away for our first night. This caused a major disruption and stress to our elderly family members at the start of our stay. On day two we had to wait for many hours for the okay to relocate to Snow Mansion. We learned miscommunication between the owner and Pinnacle regarding the timely readiness of the property caused the initial confusion. Once we moved into Snow Mansion, we learned equipment was not properly functioning to include the main floor refrig, smoke detector, most televisions, and the movie theater. This began a series of phone calls and emails to Pinnacle, some answered, most not. The last thing we wanted during our family reunion was to deal with problems that took up precious time. After spending a great deal of time sending emails and after many phone calls, we were able to speak to a Pinnacle manager. We received a two-night refund for the rent, it didn’t include daily fees and service charges. We remain disappointed at Pinnacle’s unwillingness to compensate us for all charges for two lost days in Breckenridge. While the property was gorgeous, consider carefully before reserving a property managed by Pinnacle.

Our group of seven adults had an amazing time in Breckenridge. The house was perfect for us, providing space and privacy for everyone. The large gathering areas, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces accommodated our crew perfectly. We easily walked to Main Street for shopping and dining and to several hiking trails from the house. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are two dishwashers, coffee pots, ovens, etc to accommodate large groups. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here for the past three years & REALLY appreciate the updating that is in progress. We have a few suggestions: service the hot tub twice a week as the water was not very clear at the end of our week, perhaps add a bigger bed to one of the bunk rooms (queen or full size), additional small spoons & hot pads in the kitchen & a shade over the large dining area window.It’s a great location, clean & when we have had issues they were quickly addressed.

Our large family stayed during spring break and had so much space! We loved the huge dining area and well stocked kitchen! Every small detail was appreciated. Beds were comfy and that’s such a bonus! This house was pretty good. Not that great, but just fine. The Company was a little rude and unhelpful to work with, but not dishonest at all.Overall, it was a fine experience but nothing great. The house was moderately clean and largely looked like the pictures. I have no major complaints, just not that good of an experience or product for the price.
