Guests have access to seasonal heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. And it’s bright, airy and cozy. It’s truly a great choice!

Timbernest Blue Spruce Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that’s perfect for small families or groups of up to four people. The living area features large windows and a gas fireplace, along with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. Step out onto the deck to be surrounded by pines. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate dining area with seating for four at the table and another two at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to central laundry facilities on the premises, and parking for one vehicle. This our second stay in this property! Both have been outstanding! This place is cozy, comfortable and convenient! The proximity to downtown Breck and local trails is tremendous. The property had everything a couple needs. We plan to be back!

Comfortable and cozy condo, well situated in Breck. Walkable to downtown shopping, restaurants and activities. Check-in was a piece of cake. Kitchen was adequate for a short stay and the bed was fine.

Although finding VRBO was a bit tricky, the staff was very accessivble by phone and quickly got us oriented & checked in. Attractively furnished with a VERY comfortable oversized king bed. As advertised, kitchen had everything you'd need and location was PERFECT, only a few easy minutes walk to downtown. Balcony was so relaxing at the end of the day.

Great corner unit

Wonderful corner condo with great views from corner windows. Just a couple of blocks to town for shopping and restaurants. Well-equipped and very comfortable place to just relax at the end of a long day. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Great Location!

Location is an easy walk to the Quicksilver lift and downtown area of Breckenridge. Left the car parked the entire time. Overall condo was perfect for our small group and had all the amenities we needed

Fantastic!

We had a great stay here! The location was great - just a few minutes to walk into town, and nice pool and hot tubs just next to the parking lot. I was most impressed with how clean the condo was - seriously the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in! Bed was super comfortable. Would love to come back someday!

Lovely with great kitchen

The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything-coffee filters, ziplock bags, scissors, and plenty of dishes and pans. Just a few steps from the Quicksilver lift and Main Street Station shops. We had a wonderful time.

Great BRECK Vacation

I thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was a great location for access to the lifts and town. I parked my car Sunday afternoon and didn’t need to use it all week. The unit was well equipped and clean. I hope to return next year.

The condo was clean and in a nice location. There were lots of things to do nearby. They included some kitchen essentials which was nice. I deducted a star for the following reasons: The refrigerator wasn't working, and we had to throw our food out. The staff is nice, but communication with them was a little confusing since they communicated outside of VRBO. I had to keep checking VRBO, my email, and my phone to make sure I wasn't overlooking something. It also seemed like every time I communicated with them it was a different employee. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Comfortable and convenient to everything Breckenridge

We stayed a few days to ride our bikes on the trail system here and found this condo perfect for walking to restaurants and we were able to get on the recpath very conveniently. The condo was very clean, the shower felt wonderful and the mattress was perfectly comfortable. Communication was always quick and helpful. We enjoyed the balcony and the lovely forest setting. We had our bikes locked on our car outside and it felt safe to leave them there. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy clean getaway

The condo was exactly as described. It was the best of both worlds as it was cozy and homey yet as clean and offering the amenities one would expect in a hotel. Communication was excellent and although we had no issues or problems we were still checked on frequently. Nice short walk to town and restaurants and upon returning to the unit it felt peaceful and private. Would highly recommend.

Just What We Wanted

Cozy, comfy, peaceful, great location... Everything you need is provided. Bed was comfy too. Only suggestion is to have curtains that block the light better in the bedroom. The blinds and sheers didn't do much to block morning light when we wanted to sleep in.

Very scenic, beautiful, amazing location, and excellent condo!! Only wish we would have known that there were no elevators or multiple levels. My husband has had multiple hip surgeries and would have request first floor. Otherwise, 10/10!
