Summary: Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located on peak seven just three miles from downtown Breckenridge and the ski resort. The home is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 9 guests! This is an ideal home for groups of family or friends that want to be close to everything Breckenridge has to offer! The home has a fenced yard and is one of the few dog friendly homes in Breckenridge!
The Space: This four bedroom home is spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The kitchen, dining room, and living room share the main floor of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal at home. There is plenty of counter space and access to a patio with a gas grill and outdoor dining table. The living and dining rooms share a space. The dining table has seating for 8. The living room is highlighted by a beautiful large L shaped couch. The living room has comfortable furniture, plenty of windows to take in the mountain views, and a large flat screen TV. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and both of them have a queen bed and TV. The main floor has one bathroom, which has a shower/tub and is located across from the bedrooms.
The lower level of the house has two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king bed with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. There is one bathroom in the basement and it has a walk-in shower. The lower level has access to the hot tub and fenced in yard. Lastly, the laundry room is located in the lower level.
Maximum approved occupancy is 9 people.
Maximum approved parking is 4 spaces. Parking on the street is prohibited.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home, outdoor spaces, hot tub. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.
The Neighborhood: This location offers fast access to all sorts of outdoor adventures! You'll be right next to Peaks Trail, an eight-mile trek in the White River National Forest that runs from Breckenridge to Frisco, and offers stunning mountain views. In nearby Iowa Hill, you'll find a lightly-trafficked trail loop with a beautiful forest setting. Bikers should check out the Blue River Bikeway, a paved trail which traverses nine miles and is great for all skill levels and ages. Access to the Bikeway is just a short drive away. When it's time to relax, check out Broken Compass Brewing, one of the best breweries in Colorado; it's less than two miles away and offers a free brewery shuttle service! Breckenridge Distillery, an award-winning and stylish new restaurant offering modern American cuisine with altitude, is also located nearby. The home is a short drive from downtown Breckenridge and world class skiing.
Getting Around: Downtown Breckenridge is only a 10-15 minute drive away. AWD/4WD is required in the winter months. Uber and Lyft are available.
Other Things to Note: The home has a fenced in yard and is dog friendly only with our prior approval. Please message us for pet fees, which vary depending on number and size of pet.
There is a Ring doorbell on the front door that has a camera for security purposes, and there is a camera on the back patio as well.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

We really enjoyed this property. The house has a rustic feel which was perfect for the location. It has good views from the deck. The beds were comfortable and the living room was cozy. We would definitely stay there again.
We stayed in this location last year and loved it. So we came back this year. The house did not disappoint with good views, great living space, and a backyard for the dog.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. The check-in process was easy, and the property manager was always very quick to respond with any needs or questions we had. The house was very clean (up to my high standards!), and the hot tub was a great added bonus. The fenced in yard was also great as we had two dogs with us. We'd stay here again! It was just far away from town that allowed for a peaceful stay, yet a quick and easy drive to get anywhere we needed.
The house and the location were excellent. Incredible views and just a 10 min drive to downtown Breckenridge. House was exactly as depicted and perfect for our family. The greatest feature traveling with Golden Retrievers was the fenced in back yard and the secure deck. It was a pleasure to be able to let the pups roam freely.
The property was neat and clean and just the right size for us. It was not far from town. We liked the kitchen setup and the deck was very nice for relaxing and photos. The view from there was spectacular. No issues! Would stay there again!
Excellent vacation! My son turned 21 and we got to bring our whole family, including our Boxer who had the best time at this property. Having a fenced in yard for him and the cleanliness and just the quaintness and privacy of this home was outstanding. Hot tub was an added bonus will be back, thank you
The house was comfortable for the 9 of us. Beautiful views. The basement was cold but there are space heaters to use. It was clean on the surface. It could use a deep cleaning.

Great Time
Property worked out well. Our family enjoyed the location (saw a moose & calf in the back yard), hot tub, etc., the large deck, hot tub, etc. Only issue I had was communication with the local property manager. I ended up calling him a half hour before check-in because I had not received any information about codes, etc. He literally sent me the info 30 minutes before scheduled check-in.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect location for quiet family weekend but still close enough to close enough to town to enjoy all Breckenridge has to offer. The house itself was very great, with plenty of room for everyone. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
Our family had a relaxing stay at 10 mile vista! The property was clean & comfortable, and the wrap around deck was the perfect place to enjoy the scenery & unwind.
A short drive to town provided us with opportunities to quickly run errands & enjoy the lovely town of Breckenridge.
We enjoyed our stay at Ten Mile Vista. It is the perfect proximity to town. The living room and large dining table were perfect for the whole family. The deck and fenced yard were a hit with our dogs, however the yard is very overgrown and rocky. We were there in July and with the trees fully leafed out there was no mountain view, but the trees were beautiful and home to many birds. We were excited to see a fox and have four moose visit, including a mom and her baby. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the LocalVR were very helpful and quick to respond.
The home was wonderful. We needed a place that would accept pets and this location fit the bill. They had a fenced in back yard and a huge deck. LocalVR was good to communicate with and the check-in/check-out was very easy. Overall, a great experience.
We had a great stay and it was a great size for our extended family. Sometimes it's hard to find a dog friendly house which is also very nice. We loved the hot tub and the large dining table as well as the big comfy couch. The downstairs bathroom stone floor gets a little cold so pack some thick socks or slippers if it's winter.
Don't hesitate to book this place if you are vacationing in Breck.
Whilst the property is a little tired it does not take away from the fact that it is a large comfortable family house in an outstanding location. We had a great time and would recommend it and visit again ourselves. The host was very helpful and communicative which is so important also.

Big picture we had a great stay. There were 8 people and two dogs on the vacation. With that many people and that many dogs it definately was "cozy".
When we arrived we were short dishwasher soap pods as well as enough kitchen rags/towells. A quick email to the property manager and withing the hour the issues was resolved.
We spend a lot of time on the decks of places we stay. This house has a great deck and we had a cow moose and her calf come visit a few days.
The hiccup? Part of our vacation was to celebrate numerous accompolishments by family members. A nice steak dinner was foiled by the fact that neither propane grill worked. The property manager was emailed, responded it would be fixed, but it never was the entirety of our stay.
In communicating with the property manager after our departure we came to an agreement on what a resolution to the issue would be and I am satisfied with the outcome.
The neighborhood is great and it is nice to have a fenced in yard for the dogs to spend some time.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! This home was amazing from amenities to location. I’d highly recommend staying here and will personally stay again when we are back in Breckenridge!
