  • This beautiful 5 bedroom mountain retreat townhome is in a great and convenient location. It is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge with many shops and restaurants and 9 minute walk to the high-speed Quicksilver chairlift at Peak 9. Breckenridge's ice arena is also a short walk away. This is located on the free shuttle route which runs twice an hour, with a stop just steps from the front door.

    The home is spacious and can accommodate sleeping for up to 14. This three level home has 5 bedrooms (plus small loft) and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy the oversized deck with private outdoor hot tub and dining after a long day of skiing or hiking. A full stocked kitchen and large vaulted living area is perfect for entertaining.

    - Bedroom 1 (top floor): King with attached bath
    - Bedroom 2 (main floor): Bunk beds (twin over full) and Trundle (twin)
    - Bedroom 3 (lower floor): King with attached bath

    Parking:
    Two parking spots available on property. One car garage plus one additional parking spot in front of garage. Additional overnight parking is available at ice rink two blocks away ($15/day - weeknight, $25/day - weekend)

    Note: Our crews have limited time between guests to complete cleaning and inspections. We can offer early check-ins at additional cost from our teams.
