For even more convenience, hop on the free town shuttle to reach any of Breck’s base areas. And with downtown Breckenridge just a few blocks away, you can easily stroll to shops, dining, and entertainment – no car required.

As the name suggests, Tanenbaum by the River sits right alongside the river, allowing you to relax to the soothing sounds of the water as it trickles by in the summer and fall. Take it all in from your private balcony and enjoy the mountain air.

Inside, the condo is warm, open, and inviting – ideal for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, a large flat-screen LCD TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Just across the entry is the spacious, fully updated kitchen with ample counter space and all the essentials to whip up family meals. Fun college reunion

Excellent location, easy walk to town. Loved the deck that faced the river. Three bathrooms fantastic! Fun playing cards/games at large dining table. Pool was close by. Temperature of pool was great.

Perfect location

Well stocked, clean, ample space for families. Enjoyed daily ritual of coffee on the balcony as well as the hot tub! 5 minute walk to food and shopping Easy drive to 14er trailheads and other hikes.

Great Trip

We had a great time at this place! The river/stream goes right behind the unit, so it was really easy access for our kids to play in it and it was so nice to be able to open up the windows and hear the water. Easy walk into town and the pool/hot tubs were a minute away. Great stay!

Great little condo overlooking the river. Had everything we needed and the furniture was comfortable. The carpets could use a good cleaning, especially around the baseboards, but other than that it was clean and well-kept.

A beautiful riverside condo

This was a beautiful place to stay in Breck. The river is directly across from the deck to enjoy. Everything was spotless, and the property managers were always responsive when I had any questions.

We loved this Vrbo! Our family heads to the mountains every Christmas and this condo was one of our favorites! Close to Main Street and ski lifts. The condo was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed! 5 stars from us!

My family of 4 had never been to Colorado. This unit was perfect for us. Very clean, close to slopes and easy access to downtown. It also had everything we needed to cook and prepare our own meals after a day on the slopes. Highly recommended!
