We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back for sure! The location, the amenities and the overall feel of the place was perfect! The owners went out of their way to communicate and check in on us. We loved the hot tub and the view both morning and evening. Just wonderful overall!

Location of condo is excellent; it is within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. Having a private hot tub is the biggest selling point. Views of the mountains from the hot tub were incredible. Would stay again.

This lovely condo was perfect for a family gathering of five adults. The location was ideal, with the Breck shuttle stop mere steps away from the front door and easy access on foot to the town and resort. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the entire condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. We especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace and the hot tub. Check-in/check-out process was very easy.

My family of 5, 3 kids under 5 had an amazing time at this property. We were within walking distance to everything. Hot tub was great with amazing views. Place just as it looked in the photos. No issues with the stay.

We absolutely loved the location of the property. The shuttle stop was right across the street, easy walking distance to almost everything in town and it had an amazing view of the slopes. It had everything we needed and a comfortable layout. We did wish the beds had thicker blankets for the winter but it definitely stayed warm upstairs. Property owners checked in with us several times and were very accommodating. We would love to rent this condo again in the near future.

We stayed for 3 nights for a mid-week ski trip. We loved the location and mountain views, private hot tub, and easy communication with the property manager. The beds were wildly uncomfortable though - my husband and I tried two of them and my mom confirmed hers was no better. Squeaky, saggy, cheap sheets, saddest pillows ever. Was not the best three nights of sleep unfortunately, which is tough when you're skiing all day at altitude. Everything else was great but this was a big miss for us.

My wife, brother and sister in law along with our 3 year old daughter and 1 and 4 year old nephews stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect, very convenient to access to downtown and the gondola/ski resort. I will agree with some other posts that the shower heads are older than me and should be upgraded. Our only real issue was the parking. We drove our Ford expedition and pulled an 8 foot uhaul trailer. The parking available for guests is about 50 foot long with about a 45 degree angle. There was so much ice we were unable to back our trailer and car up to our designated spots. We were able to get the trailer backed up eventually but had to park at the base of the driveway. We struggled to get back up there on the last day to get the trailer. Other than those issues, our stay was perfect.

For Pro’s - This condo is in a great location and the Hot Tub on the balcony made our trip! Amazing view and much needed after long days of skiing. Con’s- as previous other renters mentioned, the sheets are terrible. They have hard stains in them, causing them to be scratchy. The bathroom’s are disgusting, when we showed up there were globs of hair on the wall in bathroom. The shower heads are the absolute worst. For something that is such a cheap upgrade, shame on them for not updating. The toilets are about 10” from the floor and something fit for a preschool bathroom. The worst part was, our washing machine apparently leaked one day, so a worker comes by and tells us not to do any more laundry and he will send a plumber right out. A day and a half goes by, no word from the property management company, so I call. They say this is the first they have heard of this (so who the heck was in our unit?) and they will schedule a plumber to come out. Another two days goes by where we aren’t allowed to wash our clothes after skiing and were told by the property manager to go to the laundromat down the street if we needed to wash. Summary - Highly disappointed in how this property has been managed and kept up. There are a lot of options in the area, I would do a lot of research before choosing this unit.

We’ve done ski in/out places but this was the first time we were so close to Main street. We loved it! Best view of the mountain, too. Not super spacious but it worked out just fine for 7 people.

Keyed in, and were instantly set at easy by the open but cozy floor plan, and large private deck looking across to Breckenridge (views from Peak 6->10 and more!)Amenities in the kitchen were well stocked, always appreciate extra products for simple dishwashing (pods) laundry/washer detergents, trashbags, and all the food/kitchen extras youll need.Bedrooms were simple and perfect for the space, no need to spend time inside during the day, so it was nice to see space not wasted on unnecisary space, top floor bedroom has private rooftop-ish deck with views looking east at the morning sun.Bathrooms were nicely updated and very clean.Just one suggestion, update the TVs (24" in the bedroom keeps them feeling dated.)

A block off Main Street, walking distance to the Gondola, restaurants and shopping. The unit is the perfect size, the kitchen has everything you could need, the hot tub was the best after a day on the slopes overlooking main street and the slopes in the distance, and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to let you know that we did have trouble with the fridge being cold. Stuff was just cool, never got very cold. We did have food we had to get rid of. Unfortunately the smell in the house is very strong very Musty, almost like no one has stayed in the house for a very long time. The smell was very strong in the basement. We arrived home tonight and all of our clothes in our luggage smell like that. It was a little disappointing for what we booked, and where we stayed.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not my first Airbnb rental. Not my first time in Colorado. But it will be my first negative review for a host. No parking the first night due to road construction - understandable. Was told I could probably find a spot within a block. We were there for a wedding so our car was full of things to take in(at 10,000 feet). Why did the owners not ask the business downstairs if we could use one of their 5 empty spots? Condo was dirty. Even Airbnb said it was in "severe violation." All rooms need a thorough cleaning. Grease cup on junk gas grill had been overflowing for some time. Dining table, coffee table looking rough. Carpet not vacuumed very well. CHEAP hotel toilet paper, soaps, and shampoos (literally - Country Suites). Sheets felt like paper. Upstairs and living room were too warm. Hot tub service man came by unannounced. Told us he could have come in even if we weren't there. Can't enjoy the view from the living room because the windows are so dirty. Painted over light switches - classy. Discouragingly far below the standards of charm, thoughtfulness, and personal service that we have come to appreciate with Airbnb. When you call, you don't get "Toby or Lauretta." You get someone sitting at a desk. I was in town for my daughter's wedding and I was too embarrassed to invite any of the family to drop by. I understand the idea is to make a profit. But I stopped staying in hotels because they felt like hotels. And this was the Super 8 of condos.
