Truly Epic - the best of both worlds - Nestled in the pines next to a mountain stream, ski-in from Peak 8 yet only steps away from Breckenridge's historic Main Street where you will find shopping, dining, nightlife, and many other activities. Open your balcony door and enjoy the sound and view of the creek & majestic pines from the balcony. In the winter, access the slopes by either walking a half block to the shuttle or taking a quick 1000 foot walk to the Snowflake Lift. End your day soaking in the hot tub or relaxing in the sauna alongside Sawmill Creek with a view of skiers headed home down Four O'Clock Run. In the summer, there are numerous hiking and biking trails with access literally across the street. Finish off the day with a barbecue. There are picnic tables & charcoal grills alongside the creek. If you would like to bring a pet, please request that at the time of booking and we will adjust the fees as needed AFTER booking. The cost to add a pet is $45 per night which is less than most kennels plus you get to have your pet with you instead of staying with a stranger. Please note, upstairs (2nd bedroom) is a loft area with 2 twin beds and a full bath. It's fairly private but you will be able to hear activity in the living room. The 3rd bed is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Property features include a welcome gift for every stay, fans, humidifiers, premier hotel quality bedding, hairdryers, a full kitchen, coffee service, wifi, Xfinity with smart TVs, keyless door, and USB ports throughout for easy charging. Transportation: Once you get here, you won't need a car. You can walk to dining, shopping, grocery, and skiing. There are also free town shuttles. The nearby free Summit Stage will take you to Keystone, Copper, and ABasin. Take a shuttle to and from the airport (Epic Mountain Express) and never need a car. Parking: One unassigned parking space is allocated to our unit. Please note that rates vary greatly by day. Please check the calendar to confirm pricing for the dates you are looking for. Both Colorado and Breckenridge charge a sales tax and we can't control that. There is no AC in the summer, you rarely need it. No fireplace. Breckenridge Business & Occupational License on file.

We had a great stay! Everything was communicated thoroughly ahead of time and the condo had everything we needed. We even cooked a couple of meals and the kitchen was fully stocked.
Wonderful property for two adults and our dog. Clean, convenient to downtown and hiking. The stream sounds just outside were relaxing. Thank you for a great stay!
This quiet condo has quick access to ski lift and the ski in to property was a hit!! The perfect location when you’re in town for a few days to just hit the slopes. Dining and shopping is also within walking distance. We loved our stay and can’t wait to plan a return trip!

The condo was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults, a 10 year old and a small dog! The hot tub was a great way to finish a ski day. The worst part of the day was the walk to Snowflake lift (which wasn’t that bad). Overall a great place to stay and we would come again!
This is another return visit to this lovely unit. We have stayed in many of these units in this complex and this unit is our favorite (the best!). Feels like a treehouse with the beautiful tree and creek next to the property. Location to hiking and downtown Breckenridge is fantastic. Kitchen is well stocked. Lovingly cared for by owners and guests. We hope to return again soon!
Property was quaint, which required a bit of organization with the four of us and a dog, but the support was fantastic and the location incredible. Would definitely recommend to other visitors!
The location was amazing. Close to downtown and trails!! It was a little smaller than I expected. But great that there were 2 bathrooms and so easy to access and check in.
The condo is beautiful and well maintained. It has a balcony that overlooks a creek and it is within walking distance to Main Street in Breckenridge. My husband and I had a wonderful stay there and look forward to returning. soon.
Great location in close proximity to both the slopes and Main Street Breckenridge. Condo had all the basics - laundry detergent, Shampoo, Conditioner. Kids had their own loft/bathroom.

We have stayed at the Wildwood before and love it here. Close to main street, these condos are among the nicest ones we've stayed at. They are also one of the few dog-friendly places to stay in Breck. It's always very quiet and clean. This unit was exactly as described, nicely decorated and packed with amenities. We had a great time. Thanks for having us!
The property is as advertised. It is in a great location and very walkable to town. Slope 8 is just up the hill. The host was great at communication. They actually found my sons AirPods and are mailing them to us. I highly recomend this property and host.
We came for a couple of days of weekday skiing before spring break craziness. Property was clean and comfortable, and it was great that we could bring the dog. The backyard area by the creek was perfect for her excursions. Very easy ski-in property from the four o’clock run. Getting to the lifts required either a short walk to the Snowflake trailhead, or a quick ski down to the free shuttle which would take you to either Snowflake or Beaver Run. We used both options. We felt the condo was clean but very small. When I looked at the pictures online it looks bigger than what it was. Check in was hard because we weren’t given the correct code for the lock. We would not rent this property again.
You never know what you are getting when you book online, but this place was FABULOUS! It was very clean, comfortable, cute, safe, and just minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go! I couldn’t have asked for a better place! The value was wonderful, too. Well worth the price. We could take beautiful walks down by the creek just by walking out our front door. Parking was easy and convenient. They were pet friendly. The manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. I will absolutely recommend this property to friends, and next time I’m in Breckenridge I will book this condo again! Excellent!!
This tastefully decorated condo is perfectly located for the slopes or town activities. You can park your car and walk any where you want to go. The owners are an absolute pleasure and make everything as easy as can be. Their special touch is noticeable: for those of us who are coffee drinkers, they have not one, but two coffee makers in the condo, along with fresh coffee beans and a grinder! Such a treat! Need a new mask? No problem. The owners thoughtfully have several new ones for your use.

The place was nice….but I felt misrepresented in using the term luxury for this condo. It was clean except for a few items under the beds left by someone else, but certainly not luxury. One of the days we were there unfortunately the hot water went out. It was out for a full day from around 10am to 7 at night.
It was no fault of the owner but I felt it would have been nice to have some monetary compensation. When I inquired about it he told me he would only give me a 100.0. Credit on a next stay with him. I did not feel that was equitable as I would have to spend more money in order to receive the credit. I felt it should have been offered on the stay where the problem occurred. But he refused.
