A perfect spot for a family ski trip

I stayed here with my two teenage children for four days of skiing. The location was great and the unit was very well equipped. They were very responsive to any questions we had or minor issues that we encountered. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice -enjoyed the balcony

Very nice 1 bedroom condo. Perfect for weekend stay for two people. We enjoyed the balcony looking over the creek. It felt like you were really in the mountains but close enough to the busy part of town to walk to restaurants, etc. Having a full kitchen was nice also. Have been to Breck many times, but this property was a great fit for us!

Quiet and peaceful retreat!

The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for my husband and me. Management checked in on us with texts twice and was quick to respond when I had a question. This condo was in the perfect location. Short walk to Main Street or there is the free bus stop right at the end of the road. And the river that runs right behind is the most blissful sound to relax to. Such a peaceful and beautiful place.

Particularly like units facing Sawmill Creek and hearing the water run by. Did not like that with a 2 + week stay linens were not exchanged. Had to go to the rental company and ask for them and then replace sheets myself.

This property was perfect for my partner and I. The condo was clean and very convenient. It was a very short walk to main street Breckenridge and also a quick walk to local walking trails. The management was responsive and helpful, and check in was easy. The back porch was perfect for reading and we even got to see some moose! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Breck!

Property management was very helpful all the way through the process. Beautiful location with ski trail just out the back. Easy walk to Main Street in Breckenridge. Property is basic, but very clean and accommodating! As a couple, we found it to be just what we were looking for.
