"Cassondra was a great front desk staff.She was really nice and even changed my room so I could be close to other family members that were staying there. Even made coffee in the evening when I asked since the rooms do not come with microwave or coffee makers. But it does come with a refrigerator. Breakfast the sausage both days were not cooked well but clean area to eat in with microwave to cook longer. The morning of my check out I went to breakfast at 9:30 to return to my room at 9:50am while my husband was loading the car with suitcases I went back for the cold stuff mind you we had not checked out but to find the cleaning crew in the hall door cracked open and they had taken all of my snacks out of a bag and left me only my peanut butter crackers … they had emptied the refrigerator which had 2 seafood meals, bowl of soup and drinks. And when I asked them about it of course they said it was thrown away. When reported to the head of housekeeping he did say he had spoken to them about this before. He offered a portion of the room back but I am sorry that this is just unacceptable for me… being that I had not checked out and still had enough stuff laying around that would have definitely said we were not gone. I’m just glad I didn’t leave my purse in the room because they went through the bag of snacks and left only one thing of the 4 snacks on the counter where Inleft the bag. 1 thing can leave a bitter taste in your mouth and this is it"

"Pros: The staff was fantastic and the property was clean and well maintained. There is also a small store for extras like drinks and pain meds. The hotel is also walking distance to several restaurants. Cons: Unfortunately we didn't sleep well because the beds are extremely firm. Breakfast is not included. For the cost of the room, it was very disappointing to then have to pay for breakfast. The breakfast menu was really good, it was just disappointing having to pay $10+ more per person."

"Room and facility was clean. No full length mirror except in the bathroom which was a little annoying when the other person was showering. The plugs next to the night stand did not work and the restaurant hours did not reflect what was shown. I felt like this hotel had all the bare minimum things required for an okay experience, but nothing that made me excited to go back"
