The staff was friendly, but the building was poorly finished. We had broken tiles in the bathroom, plastic faucet features, and the wallpaper was peeling up in the bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good.

Got to our room and there was a dirty washcloth on sink counter. The blinds were stuck in windows and could not raise nor lower. Hot tub was broke. TV was broke stating no cable connection. The ice maker was broke. The only good thing was desk receptionist Sabrina was very good and professional.

Clean, friendly staff, great extras, the breakfast was good. I gave it 4 starts for the patio furniture outside was worn and had tears in spots. Also, there was no Orange Juice available because they were out of it for all 3 of the days I had stayed there.
