Cosy Abereithrin holiday cottage, Brecon Beacons is located in a beautiful part of Wales, between the traditional market towns of Brecon and Llandovery (both 12 miles) and surrounded by stunning landscape, waterfalls, caves, canal paths, castles and plenty of family attractions, including Dan yr Ogof caves, Fforest Fawr Geopark and Llangorse Multi Activity Centre. The cottage offers dog friendly holidays in a peaceful rural hamlet which includes a traditional country pub.
Ground Floor
Comfortable, cosy living room with traditional character features. Log wood burner set in stone fireplace. 3 seater leather sofa, 2 armchairs and side tables. Quarry tiled floor, some exposed stone walls and oak beams and open oak stairs leading to bedrooms. Smart Television, DVD player and music centre (radio, CD and tape player). Double glazed front door leading to the garden.
Oak fitted kitchen with 4 burner gas hob, low level oven and grill. Microwave oven, toaster, kettle, worktop deep freezer, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils, iron and ironing board. Dining table with four chairs. Quarry tiled floor and radiator. Exposed stone walls and oak beams.
The bathroom has bath, also containing an overhead electric shower, hand basin and toilet. Fully tiled with mirror and shaver point. Radiator and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table with light, mirror, clothes hanging space and hairdryer. Double glazed window with front view and velux skylight with blackout blind to rear. Oak floor, exposed beams and bespoke handmade oak door.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, full length mirror, and clothes hanging space. Double glazed window with front outlook and velux skylight with blackout blind. Oak floor, exposed beams, handmade oak door.
Garden
Seating area in front of the cottage, large flat lawn to rear and additional lawned area over looking confluence of two small rivers (Cilieni and Eithrin) across the road. The garden is shared with the owner's house next door. Barbecue, large picnic table and reclining chairs available. Children can play on the lawn or in the field behind the property. *Please note that the lawn area is open to the river so young children and/or pets will need to be supervised.
