  • This meticulously maintained dune house is a single-story property offering 60 square meters of living space. In addition to two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate guest toilet, the house features a comfortably furnished living room with a fully equipped kitchenette.

    The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The living area also boasts a high-quality sofa.

    Satellite TV with all German channels and a stereo system are also provided. The holiday home includes a fenced garden of approximately 100 square meters with a south-facing terrace. Garden furniture and a parasol are included in the rental. A private parking space is located directly next to the house. The complex features a playground and a supervised, heated swimming pool.
