"This was very disappointing. It was not cleaned. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it The wastebasket under the sink was full. The bathrooms were not clean. The house smelled of cats. The owner apologized because she wasn’t able to catch one of her cats. The cat came into the house the first night and scared us."

"FANtastic!!! Great hospitality from hosts, incredibly comfortable and well-appointed cabin. So many little details from welcome basket to sauna to firepit with kindling and lighter... everything so well thought out. Animal friendly but with no sign of another animal every staying there - except the host provided special towels, clean up bags, and even a set of dishes for the canine - again it was impeccable hosting for everyone. Will definately be on a shortlist of places to visit again."

"From our busy life to paradise! We needed to de-stress big time and this location was perfect. The lake was calming and beautiful, the boathouse couldn’t have been better. "An easy drive from the Twin Cities, this was a perfect couples getaway! We enjoyed this sunny cabin’s wraparound windows facing the lake and three season porch. We fired up the cozy wood burning stove almost every day. Plus we like to cook and this kitchen was well laid out and had all the basics we needed to make some fantastic meals. The owner and property manager were super responsive and helpful."

"Our family was thrilled to spend a few days relaxing at pristine Lake Ada. There was a great space for our young kids to swim, as well as sand toys and extra life jackets. We roasted marshmallows around the campfire at night and enjoyed toys, games and DVDs when a storm rolled in! Billy was a considerate,communicative and responsive host. The cabin was clean and ready for us, but could use a deep clean. Our feedback would be to install smoke & carbon monoxide detectors for safety, and to invest...

"First off, the communication with Kerry was not only easy, but informative and welcoming. She wanted to be sure we were taken care of from the moment we walked through the door. And when we walked through the door, we were stunned at the beauty, cleanliness, and activity of the house. You can tell the house is brand new and very well maintained. There are so many games in the garage and space out back. All of the rooms were phenomenal. Beds were comfortable, and every little detail was thought of. We were staying in town for a work trip, and it made the trip so much more enjoyable knowing we had this house to come back to. We’ve already said as soon as we know the dates we’ll be in town for next year, we’re going to secure the house. I couldn’t recommend Posh Pelican or Kerry more!"
