"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "Excellent location to train station, beach, and food. About 15min walk to Old Nice. Very clean room and all the staff was helpful. My French is not the best and the cleaners were ok using google translate and me pointing to things. There were chargers at each bedside for the four of us, which the teenagers loved. We also had a fridge, which I did not know about. That was very nice to have. The water pressure was great and the small tub. The bathroom was so much better than other hotels that use glass doors now. This one had an actual door. Lots of closet space too. Great stay all around and if we come to Nice again we will stay here."

"we had a great experience at West End Nice hotel, at first room was not convenient to stay for 10 nights but next morning staff at front desk change that and were able to have a much bigger room and shower which made our stay wonderful, breakfast was great and fresh and a great start for the day , hotel was right on the water, very close to everything , 15 minutes to train station and tons of restaurants around, we had a great time."

"Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom wasn’t really suitable for three adults and one child. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which I assume was coming from the drains. The staff did try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the smell lingered for most of the trip. The hotel can also be quite noisy due to street traffic and the church bells ringing on the hour throughout the night, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs. It’s also worth noting that breakfast nearby costs around 9 euros for just a drink and croissant, which can quickly add up for a family of four. Overall, despite the good location and helpful staff, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Room was extremely noisy, badly equipped, dark and claustrophobic. There were also signs of damp and toilet leaked. The hotel did move us to a slightly better room after day one but still barely enough room to open cases. Very bad value considering the cost. Only good thing really was the location"
