"Nice hotel in a good location. The staff were helpful and stored our bags as we arrived early. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very big and there was a great choice of tasty food."

"Hotel was a bit dated. Very clean and breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Staff were professional and very helpful. However the mattress on the bed was uncomfortable - too hard. The room was tired and needed modernising, especially the bathroom. There was no air conditioner so the room got hot and airless, we had the window open but experienced noise from passing traffic. The hotel was near to the city centre, only a 10-15 min walk. "

"Excellent Location, could not fault any aspect of this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Travelled with son who has food allergies and he was extremely well catered for. One particular member of staff stood out and that was Michaela in the breakfast room. Definitely recommend."

"The hotel was well located. Easy access but not right in the middle of everything which is what we prefer. There were some lovely restaurants around the hotel area. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. The only thing we didn’t like were the breakfasts. They were really sub par which was disappointing and quite unusual."

"Excellent hotel in every respect - room, service, breakfast. Astonishing price-quality ratio. Moreover, it is located in a quiet place. Not exactly in the historic center, but still within reach of a walk. Perfect if, in addition to Verona, you want to make trips to places such as Mantova, Vicenza, Padova, etc. (Less than a five-minute walk from the train station) Absolutely recommendable!!! "

"Pros: breakfast had gluten free options, Clean room, good location, good value for money. Cons: sound proofing could be improved. We were in a front room, which overlooked a noisy macdonalds. We didn't ask to swap rooms as were only there for 2 nights, with hindsight would have been a good idea to at least have asked to swap."

"I don’t think this hotel is 4 star. My room was outdated - no working air con, a shower which didn’t close properly and minimal sound proofing. It was also very noisy at night. The breakfast was great and they did allow me late checkout (at a cost)"

"Great hotel in the Verona center. Very convenient to the most attractions of the city. Rooms are modern and specious enough, very clean as well as bathrooms. Breakfast is very good where you can always find what you like. Staff of the hotel always helpful and polite. Highly recommended !!"
