The unit was listed as non-smoking, yet from day one, it reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The smell triggered migraines and nausea, and we found a weed pipe under the exterior steps—indicating this is an ongoing, ignored issue.The air conditioning never worked properly. Despite reporting it on Day 1, the thermostat stayed in the mid-75s even when set to 66. The system ran constantly without cooling. We gave the management team 8 full days to fix these serious issues, but they failed to act.We ended our stay early due to the uninhabitable conditions. Both the property managers and VRBO customer service acknowledged that a refund for the unused nights would be issued. However, over 19 calendar days later, we are still waiting. We’ve received only vague references to an ongoing “review,” with no refund or explanation provided.This company shows a complete lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to uphold basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. Unless you're fine with smoke-filled units, broken A/C, and unfulfilled refund promises, stay far away from this property and this management company.Unless you are comfortable living with the smell of cigarettes and marijuana, broken A/C, and poor accountability, I strongly advise against renting this apartment or any property. "Do NOT stay here. Seriously, don’t do it. If you hate feeling comfortable, sleeping in ridiculously cozy beds, and being treated like a valued guest, this place is your worst nightmare.First of all, the hosts had the audacity to keep the entire space spotless. Like, excuse me? Where’s the grime? The dust? Nowhere to be found. The yard? Immaculately kept. Absolutely disgusting.And let’s talk about the complimentary coffee. Oh, I drank it. Every. Single. Morning. And I hated how much I enjoyed it. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it way too easy to cook meals instead of spending a fortune eating out. Rude.Then there’s the game room. How dare they provide my family with endless entertainment? We laughed, we bonded, we had fun—which is just unacceptable. The whole space was too relaxing. I came here to escape reality, not to feel like I’m right at home in the best way possible.I will be staying here again, but ONLY because it was so affordable. Not because I absolutely freaking loved every second of it.Stay away. You’ve been warned."
