"Great Stay in Bressanone. Felix, Sabine and Michael were very easy to work with, provided great information regarding skiing, the area and restaurants. Perfect checkin/ check out.The villa is just as it appears in the pics. Very comfortable for our group of 8 people. Great views, working fireplace (plenty of wood provided) and hot tub. Well equipped kitchen.We found the location to be very good and central for skiing. About 45 min drive to Val Gardena (the Sellaronda is a must). We tried to ski in Cortina as well but was not possible as it was closing ceremony day for the paralympics.Bressanone is a beautiful town and the villa is a short 10 minute walk (steep downhill/uphill). We would definitely recommend staying here."

Their stay conviniently includes a Südtirol Guest Pass, complimentary drinks and a delicious buffet breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful town of Brixen/Bressanone."

"Lovely location and our suite was nice. The couch was rather uncomfortable and would have been better with some throw pillows. No coffee service in the room, but outside in the little seating area. Staff at front desk was sparse at times. Was not a problem to walk a bit in the morning to the breakfast spot. "

"The apartment is very clean and modern and was perfect for the two of us. The location could not be better as there are several grocery stores within a 5-minute walk. The old town of Bressanone is a 15-minute walk with sites such as the cathedral as well as restaurants. Should you need anything the hosts live on the ground floor and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again."

"Clean, good location to walk to the train station and into town for dinner. Reception staff extremely helpful - even got us a coffee as breakfast hasn’t opened as we had to check out early for our train."
