Value for money, especially considering that buffet breakfast was included and quite good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and the hotel is just a few blocks from the main shopping streets, making it a convenient location.

I was so disappointed that this hotel mis-advertised, the gym was not available as it is being used as a storage room.
Breakfast was completely disappointing.
I had booked a deluxe room and it was much bigger looking in the pictures than the actual size, my friends had standard rooms the same size, I am annoyed that I paid extra for the deluxe. The shower was very cramped and kept hitting my head on the handheld shower every time I turned.
As my room was top floor, could constantly hear planes flying over.

"Room we got was tiny and run down. The bathroom could hardly fit a shower, trailer seat and a sink which were merely in to of each other. Additionally, the humidity has affected the bathroom. Overall the hotel does not deserve the start rating it has. Parking was not available even that we tried ..."
