Sejour très agréable

Quartier calme et boisé, nous avons eu la visite d'un écureuil... la plage est à 10 min max à pied. Maison agreable, la cuisine et la salle de bain ont été refaites très recemment. Une deuxième salle de bain à l'étage, moins récente mais pratique quand on est nombreux.

Schönes Haus & toller Strand

Wir waren zunächst etwas nervös, ob wir zu siebt in dieses kleine Häuschen passen sollten, wurden aber absolut positiv überrascht! Das Haus ist super geschnitten und extrem gemütlich! Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt! Zudem hat das Haus zu unserer freudigen Überraschung (da nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt) eine recht geräumige Garage, mit zusätzlich viel Stauraum für alle möglichen Spielsachen, Vorräte etc. Man kann wunderbar draußen sitzen und die Tischtennisplatte war eine weitere super Überraschung :) Zum Strand läuft man nur ca. 5-10 min. Der Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto nur 5 min entfernt. Ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig (ca. 10 min) in Brem sur Mer zu erreichen. Der Strand ist einfach super! Ein toller Surfspot, v.a. für Anfänger. Bei Ebbe laden weitläufige Felsen um Entdecken verschiedenster Meerestierchen ein. - Also wirklich für jeden etwas dabei!! Also Haus und Ort waren einfach SPITZE! ABER: die Agentur, über die das Ganze lief (Hoomy), war eine absolute Katastrophe!!!! - vehemente Weigerung mit mir auf Englisch zu kommunizieren. Mein Französisch ist zum Glück ziemlich gut und es gibt ja inzwischen auch gute Online Übersetzer, aber ich fand es einfach unmöglich, dass nach meiner mehrmaligen Bitte, Emails auf Englisch zu senden, weiterhin auf Französisch geschrieben wurde. - entgegen der Ankündigung, dass sich bzgl. Check-In Orga jemand bei uns melden würde, habe ich dann einen Tag vorher mal nachgefragt, woraufhin mir eine Telefonnummer (ohne Ländervorwahl) und ein Name des Concierges gegeben wurden - dann der Tag der Anreise Stress Pur! Morgens um 9 (während wir logischerweise längst im Auto saßen), kam die Mail, dass unser Concierge leider verhindert sei, dazu eine weitere Nummer (ohne Namen), an die wir uns wenden sollten. 15 min später eine weitere Mail von einem anderen Mitarbeiter, dass wir uns an ihn wenden sollten. Auf Textnachrichten wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. - nach viel Hin und Her hatten wir letztendlich eine Nummer, unter der wir jemanden erreichen konnten, der natürlich so gut wie kein Englisch verstand und uns auf 18 Uhr Checkin vertrösten wollte und all das nach 14 Stunden im Auto!!!! Nur mit einer sehr bestimmten Ansage ließ der Herr sich dazu herab, pünktlich zu unserer Ankunft am Haus zu erscheinen. Ein recht ähnliches Chaos war auch der Check Out. Also diese Agentur ist wirklich ein absolutes NO GO!

La plage à pied ! :)

Maison très fonctionnelle, terrasse et jardin clôt parfait pour les barbecues et les jeux des enfants. La cuisine est bien équipée. N'oubliez pas de préciser qu'une chambre est indépendante. Et pour les surfeurs : un bac à combi (une grande poubelle, par exemple)
