  • Located in the heart of the district of La Pironnière, "green lung" des Sables d'Olonne, you have a prime location, with sea views and direct pedestrian access to the beach and Lake Tanchet. Everything is done on foot or by bike: local shops (including the Arago market), pine casino, zoo, thalasso, sailing school, tennis, etc.
    Also enjoy nearby Puy du Fou (1 hour drive) and Ô Gliss Park (35 minutes by car).
    You have 4 bedrooms (2 double beds and 4 single pull-out beds) and 3 bathrooms, including a master suite with dressing room and another bedroom with shower room.
    The villa is ideally located, in 2nd row seafront, with direct access to the embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne. It has been completely renovated and benefits from all modern comforts (equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, plancha, wifi access, TV, DVD).
