Just 300 meters from the beautiful Dunes beach, in a small residential complex, this two-bedroom house with a mezzanine features a paved terrace and a small garden.

The ground floor comprises a main living room (table, chairs, sideboard, sofa, and flat-screen TV), and a separate kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, three-burner gas hob and one electric hob, extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, and dishwasher).
A hallway leads to a bedroom, a separate toilet, and the bathroom (bathtub, sink, and washing machine).
Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm), a desk, and a wardrobe.
Baby equipment is available: cot, bathtub, potty, and bed rail.

Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with a sofa bed (140 cm, sleeps two) and a second bedroom.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 cm) and storage. The living room opens onto a pleasant, southwest-facing paved terrace with garden furniture (tables, chairs, parasol, barbecue, garden armchairs, electric awning).

A garage is available for bicycle storage.

A private parking space is located in front of the house.
