Just 200 meters from the beach and the coastal path, this charming single-story family home sleeps 6.

It comprises a fully equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a spacious living room with a dining area (table, chairs), and a relaxation area (sofa + flat-screen TV). Wi-Fi access is available.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140cm) + wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90cm) + wardrobe/closet.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140cm) + wardrobe/closet (this bedroom opens onto the back garden).
Baby equipment is available: cot, high chair, and baby bath.
A hallway leads to the shower room (vanity unit and shower) and a separate WC.
The living room opens onto the back of the house: a lovely, partially covered, south-facing wooden terrace (table, chairs, barbecue, awning) and an enclosed garden. A utility room with a washing machine and a shed for use as a bicycle storage area.

This house offers spacious rooms for a comfortable holiday; you will particularly appreciate the garden and its semi-covered wooden terrace for al fresco dining, as well as the proximity to the seafront and the cycle path.
